The look and feel of the place is good but there was some weird smell that kept wafting through - not sure if it was dirty dish water or sewage smell. Sometimes cigarette smoke from smokers from the outside would also come into the venue from the outside breeze. Not the restaurant’s fault but a little off putting. Otherwise the staff are very friendly and food is decent.

Too slow the number listed for them was disconnected so I put in the notes of the reservation the reasons for the lunch we had a meeting to attend and we were late cause the food took forever to come out and it wasn't even busy

I visited The Reservoir two days in a row, one morning for coffee and one day for lunch. I'd made a lunch booking but when I arrived, nobody had a table set up and I stood in the middle of the restaurant for 5-10 minutes with nobody giving me an update. When we finally ordered, we had to go up to the counter even though we were eating in. My lamb salad had 3-4 scraps of lamb in it and the rest of the bowl was just rocket, smothered in dressing. Not great. Would recommend for a quick coffee, but that's about it.

Highly recommended, a group of 6 colleagues who had flown into Sydney from 4 different states had their initial dinner together at The Reservoir. Ticked all the boxes. Well done
