Me and my friend went on a Friday night for the game night they just started hosting. We made a reservation for 10:15 pm, and when we got there our table had been given away, so we were stuck trying to find somewhere to sit. The drinks on the menu, all about $5-$7 were truly subpar, super sweet and you can taste the cheap tequila. The connect four game we grabbed didn’t have chips. The best part about the whole night was the DJ.

Food was cold and not very flavorful. Drinks were small for price. Service was very slow and wee were the only table in the room. Tres Leche cake was the only thing good.

The menu is attractive and looks like a good meal. It wasn’t. Chips were packaged. Salsa just so so. The place was nearly empty for a 12:30 pm lunch and they had “run out” of the mole for enchiladas. I then chose Chile Relleno with Beef and it came oddly flattened- like it had been cooked on a flat grill instead of deep fried- and I couldn’t taste or see any beef. My lunch mates had similar food experiences. Considering that this is the next (higher?) version of the Taxco company, I expected much better. Too bad. I’m not returning. No second chance is merited and it won’t be there long.

There should be another option on noise level. It was ridiculously loud due to the DJ at 6pm. Having to yell across the table to talk made it a little unpleasant. Food and service was good. Turn down the music - way too loud.
