   We had not been here in an about 5 years and we visited last night again… everything about the is place is just wonderful! The ambience, the incredible service Stevie provided and then the food is just delicious. I did not realize how popular it was on a Saturday early evening, but was so glad I made reservations as it was packed. We were seated immediately, appetizer and drinks delivered followed by a delicious meal. Stevie was such a great waitress along with her engaging attitude. The manager was very kind as well. He checked on us to make sure we were satisfied with the food/service. All was great!!

   It's been a while since we've been back to the Republic Grille. Still excellent service and food!

   We always enjoy good food here! Our server Courtney was fantastic—very patient with us and made excellent drink recommendations. Only issue for us is that a few food selections were unavailable by the time we ate (either because of demand was high or limited supply to start).

   Very fresh food, great service and didn’t feel rushed. Gumbo was great! Will be back for sure

    I've dined here a number of times in the past and found the food good. Both meals served were mediocre and disappointing during this visit.
