The Relais is named in honour of our motorsports heritage and the menus celebrate our seaside location.

Just steps from the beach, The Rally Restaurant enjoys the best views in the house and a spacious terrace for seasonal al fresco dining.

we went for late lunch for my friend 40th and we loved the view but the food wasn't what we expected and for what's priced. it was 5 of us and not all meals were bad but I don't think it's acceptable for the price to make mistakes with food. chicken was dry and over cooked, steak wasn't cooked as asked. we got offered diferent meal. Bill in the end wasn't right too.

Amazing food, fabulous staff (happy and right amount of attentiveness) even when it was busy and the best views of the sea. Menu is fantastic and all choices were fresh and well cooked. Would love to see oysters on the menu as a starter but faultless place. Second visit now and with the same standard both times I will definitely be a regular.

Our table server was super - we asked to be moved to a different table and she was very accommodating and patient. There was a fairly long wait to clear our table between the main meal and desserts, which seemed odd as the restaurant wasn’t very busy. Nevertheless, the food was good and we had an enjoyable meal.

The food was good but the place felt a bit uncared for especially the dead plants, broken pot and cobwebbed screens on the terrace, a lampshade by our table was also needing repair.

This restaurant has been a bit hit and miss in recent years but this week we enjoyed an excellent lunch. Chicken Supreme and Greek Salad with chicken. The portions were generous and the standard was high. The prices, although at the high end, are ok as the food is good. Sadly it wasn't warm enough to eat outside but afterwards we ordered coffees to be served on the terrace and the sun did show. It might make for a more sophisticated experience if the waiting staff were better trained and given uniforms including footwear. This was the only downside on this visit. Will definitely return.

We booked a lunch table to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Very nice surroundings although our table was right next to the bi-fold doors that lead on to the outside patio making it noisy and draughty. They were clearly very busy and hat might explain the very slow service. I was looking forward to the soup I ordered but was disappointed when it arrived at a tepid temperature. I never quibble about cost but I expected better for nearly ten pounds a bowl! Main meal was good.

I absolutely love it here. The restaurant is spacious and the Terrace has a lovely view of the Sea. Great selection of food and the service is excellent.

Wonderful place to relax and eat in the sunshine. Our server was friendly and attentive, the food was amazing and the views and relaxed atmosphere made us feel we could be abroad.
