Welcome to the Red Lion, a 16th-century country pub in the picturesque village of Charing Heath, between Maidstone and Ashford. We went for Sunday lunch and chose the crispy pork belly, it was the best Sunday lunch ever! Highly recommended.

Brilliant food and service! Couldn’t fault them at all! Accommodated to our requests! Highly recommend the fish and chips! Chips were sooo good! And save room for puddings! We had a mixture and they were all so good!!! Will definitely be back!

Popped up the local for Sunday Lunch with the in-laws..food service and atmosphere all perfect. Lucky to have such a lovely country pub on our doorstep
