I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but this was necessary: Unfortunately, the service was extremely poor during our visit. We waited at our table for 30 minutes without being greeted, handed menus, or offered drinks. Eventually, we had to get up and ask the hostess just to place our order. Throughout the meal, our server never returned to check on us — we had to track him down ourselves. This wasn’t due to the restaurant being busy; it was simply inattentive service. It’s a shame because the food was actually good, but the service delays really took away from the experience — especially since we planned to spend more time in the arcade afterward. Hopefully this was just an off night, but it left a bad impression.

The service was not great the night of the hockey game on Monday. There was no kitchen staff apparently. I find it’s not acceptable when you organize to come with a group and are hungry after work.

Je suis allé au cinéma du Royalmount pour la première fois il y a 2 jours et je suis venu manger avec ma conjointe au Recroom avant et nous avons eu un excellent service, notre serveuse Élie s’est très bien occupée de nous, le service a été très professionnel et nous ne disposions que de 35 minutes avant notre film et nous avons réussi à manger à temps et j’ai même pu emmener le reste de ma nourriture. J’ai tellement aimé mon expérience que j’y suis retourné 2 jours après (hier) , j’ai réservé une table de 8 avec mes amis pour regarder le 1er match des playoffs du Canadien, notre serveur était Peter et le service a été exécrable du début à la fin au niveau de la rapidité du service et cela a commencé avec les ailes de poulet à volonté qu’un de mes amis a commandé. Avant d’en recommander mon ami a partagé ses ailes avec nous. Nous comprenons que c’est uniquement pour une personne par contre la façon dont Peter nous l’a fait comprendre en disant qu’il ne voulait pas « péter sa coche » laissait à désirer. Le service de nourriture et de boisson a été majestueusement lonnnng, même qu’un ami qui était assis avec nous est arrivé 45 minutes après nous, a commandé nourriture et boisson après nous a reçu sa nourriture avant nous alors que nous avions commandé au moins 35 minutes avant. Bref, pour avoir travaillé plus de 15 ans en restauration comprend que ce n’est pas 100% de la faute du serveur ou des employés de cuisine nais il y avait clairement un problème de gestion ou un manque de personnel surtout que le restaurant n’était pas plein.

Nous avons attendus 30 minutes avant d’aller voir quelqu’un pour demander à être servis. Ensuite le serveur être très agréable et tres serviable mais nous avons demandé de l’eau pendant le repas (que nous n’avions encore jamais eu) et ils ne nous en a jamais ramener (il a sûrement oublé), je me suis lever pour allé la prendre moi même au bar. Je ne sais pas si il manque du staff mais c’était presque vide … il y a du potentiel mais la nourriture était aussi beaucoup trop salé … je retournerais quand quelques mois

Numerous requests to book a group event left unanswered. Ended up reserving tables separately via Open Table as it was impossible to get someone on the line. Kids had a blast, but the parents were left frustrated by the quality of service.
