   Experience was super LIT to begin with until we got to the dining room area. We sat, order our drinks and waited for our foods patiently. While me and my family was chatting away about Good Friday and life their main manager comes up to us asking how we are enjoying our time at The Rec Room... How can we answer that question if we didn't get our foods yet?? I felt so very uncomfortable I didn't want to eat anymore and want to leave immediately. We'll return when we're comfortable to visit this location again.

   we waited for 30 minutes to get a server and nobody came, this is the worst rec room,terrible service!

   Was busy and service was lacking and my drinks had no alcohol in it. Plus the access to games was kinda lacking. Couldn't even play the pool game n archery was a mess

   Unfortunately this is a place I like to come to and enjoy the food. But the service is very slow. They take their time and at one point we had to remind our waitress about our shots. Great place with great friends they just need to be a lot quicker on their feet.

   I had a reservation and it took 30mins for them to clear a table for us and sat us at a table for 4 when we had 6 people. Food wasn’t very good I wouldn’t recommend coming back to this location.

   Our server, Ericka, was amazing! She was so sweet and funny and felt like she was one of the girlies! Food was yummy too :)

    We did have a few problems with our appetizers not coming out until after our entrées came out Also our gift card for the mall apparently would not work I can’t complain the food was exceptional the manager did a great job at Service recovery offering us a couple of free credits for the kids to go play which I thought was a class act. All in all stuff happens but at the end of the day it’s how you recover. With a smile I hope this manager reads this back to her staff
