   Took my son for wings and games for his 15 bday. Our server was great! Attentive! I work in the industry and am not easily impressed but he was amazing! Great job!

   I had a great time at Rec Room! The food was delicious — everything came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor. The service really stood out; our server Layth was awesome — super friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. From start to finish, everything went smoothly. Definitely planning to come back again soon!

   We went as a group of 18 with adults and minors. The facility was really fun with all the arcade games and the hockey game in the big screen was a plus. We didn’t have reservations and they got us in which was amazing. Unfortunately the service was incredibly slow, our food came before our drinks, several people didn’t get their food until the staff was reminded and half the pop were done by the time they got their food. The food itself lacked flavor and the salmon was very very dry. The server didn’t stop by often to refill our drinks. Great faculty but slow and terrible service.

This is not the service that we strive for as a team and while it is great that we could accommodate such a large group with no notice, the service quality should not be a sacrifice to do so.     The food and service at the restaurant was decent. For those who want to go for the games, I had a pretty good time here but they need to get better games. I went to the Granville location the week before and it was much more updated with better games and more VR options. I probably wouldn't go back to this location based on the games. Still fun though, I was just expecting more.
