Our Friday Backyard Burger Dinner is back! We LOVE this dinner that hits the spot. Featuring a 1/2 pound 100% Wagyu beef patty from local Rosewood Ranches with mild Cheddar on a butter toasted brioche bun with all the fixins, plus sides of homemade potato salad, Texas Ranch style beans, and house-smoked elote pops, and a s'mores dessert! $28 per person. If you'd prefer a burger without cheese or a veggie burger, please let us know beforehand via text or email! Our Rosewood Ranches wagyu burger night is nonrefundable, but transferable if you’re able to notify us with 24 hours advanced notice by email, info@therangevtr.com - thank you for understanding that we start gathering all the freshest ingredients for your dinner per reservation.

Always so delicious!! This is our favorite place to dine. Yummy food, excellent cocktails, great conversations around the communal, family style table and the most beautiful setting. If you have not had a meal at The Range, you are missing an outstanding experience! Friday's Wagyu Burgers are fantastic and Saturday's Wood Fire Pizzas are fabulous.

A really nice experience. The family-style of dining was a great way to interact with fellow resort goers. The pizza was delicious and each slice offered a different theme. I don’t recall what the dessert’s name was; but the best I can describe it is as a light cake/cheese cake…wonderful. Sarah is an outstanding host!

The Wagyu Burger Dinner was absolutely amazing!! It was a remarkable evening with good food and genuine hospitality from the owners and staff. Even if you aren't staying the weekend, you can still have dinner there with a reservation. I highly recommend it.

We love dinners when we stay at The Range! The Burger night was delicious! Perfectly prepared meal and so fun to chat with the other diners. Having a sunset cocktail is the perfect beginning for our meal. We can wait to return soon!

Unfortunately it was a hot weekend but we still had a great time. Attending a rally there with our Airstream club and everyone had a great time. The hamburgers on Friday night were wonderful and the the pizzas on Saturday night were unbelievable. Sara is a great host and made everything perfect!

At first, we were thinking the price was a bit steep per person for pizza, but it was so worth it. So glad we did this and say it would be a big miss if you don't try it. You get one slice (or more depending on group size and preferences) of artisan pizzas cooked in a wood fire oven. They come out one at a time. The first, meatball, pepperoni, jalapeno, cheese, and honey was so good. But the rest were amazing as well. These are super high quality, and the crust was just perfect. So worth it. Plus, a delicious lemon cake at the end. We had a great time eating and chatting with/= the other vintage trailer and airstream folks next to it. It truly is more than a dinner, it is an event. One of the highlights of our stay at the Range.

My wife, daughter and I love The Range. Not often you find an experience that from beginning to end, start to finish, that is as exceptional. From the ambiance of facilities to the warmth of the owners and staff. When you leave, it is like you have spent quality time with family.
