   A very enjoyable meal and good value. The pub has been nicely refurbished and the result is excellent ambiance. The service was excellent. Definitely worth a return visit !

   We enjoyed a delicious Sunday lunch. My husband had the Queens Feast and I enjoyed the roast beef, the portions were generous and I couldn’t quite finish mine! The staff were lovely and we hope to return. We would definitely recommend the restaurant.

   4 of us had roast dinners on Sunday - 2 had the Queens feast, 1 had lamb and the other sirloin. All delicious, lots of food, unlimited roast potatoes and lots of gravy which gets the thumbs up from us. Decent bottle of wine for under £30. Nice cheery server. Pub was busy and the ambiance lively, not a bad thing. We will visit again.

   Word on the street is that Sunday lunch at the Queens Head is excellent. Our recent experience certainly lived up to expectation. Choosing from a selection of Roasts, our Roast Sirloin and the Queens Feast was generous and perfectly cooked. The freshly cooked roasted vegetables with kale topped with an enormous crispy Yorkshire and a side of cauliflower cheese made for a Sunday lunch that would be hard to beat. Could heartily recommend.

   Great to see this pub reopened. A shame they weren’t busier. My companion and I had the Steak in Ciabatta with fries, absolutely delicious. The Harvey’s Sussex Bitter was perfect. Good luck to them for the future.

   So happy that the Queen's Head is back in action and on top form. We had a lovely lunch for my Mum's birthday. The food was great, atmosphere lovely and the service was excellent. Will definitely be returning.

    New visit to an old Favourite Lovely to be back in the local for a meal with friends. Plenty of cosy corners to sit, nice friendly welcome. Good Pub food, well cooked and presented, pricing better compared to other local pubs and represents value for money. Think they have hit the right spot so far .
