Welcome to The Queens Inn.
A stylish pub, restaurant and hotel with a wood-burning fireplace, as well as a beer garden, a deep history of smugglers and a Georgian ballroom.
Fresh, locally sourced ingredients are combined, expertly cooked and served in our stylish, yet welcoming surroundings. Our meals are our pride and joy. We have a passion for creating a complete dining experience. We take the time to prepare our food from wholesome produce for our guests - no fast food, no corner cutting and are confident you’ll find it well worth waiting for.

There is a good choice of food -I like fish and there were some good choices. The scallops were terrific and was the cod loin. All of the staff were very pleasant, keen and helpful.

Great late Sunday afternoon roast. They did run out of lamb which was a shame but the pork was amazing and so was the beef. Very nice veggies. Staff turn over seems high but very friendly waitress. We’re local and enjoy dining here. The only thing I could suggest is changing the kids menu sometimes my kids get bored of it.

A delightful stay - friendly and welcoming staff, spacious room, delicious dinner and great breakfast. Excellent location for sightseeing. Will certainly stay again.

A wonderful evening celebrating a friend’s birthday. She was made to feel very special. Lovely staff and great food. Would highly recommend.
