   Char-broiled oysters were fantastic, as were the blackened mahi-mahi and crab cake over fried green tomato entrees. But, the lemoncello cake...wow! As light and refreshing as it could possibly be.

   The food is always good here. Tonight I had the shrimp with goat cheese grits and Louisiana spices, delicious. The New Orleans bread pudding with bourbon sauce was equally as good. The fact that it’s a BYOB is just the icing on top. Can’t wait to go back again

   The quarter house wasn't actually the first place I tried to make a reservation. The few I tried were booked. Quarts House had. And I am overjoyed that the others were booked! Our waitress was outstanding! bubbly, funny, attentive. The appetizers were delicious. Entrees also. To write home about. Delightful desserts. Not your cheapest meal but we'll worth it.

   Very welcoming right from the minute we walked through the doors. The waiter did not hesitate to open our bottle of wine and give us suggestions off the menu since it was our first time attending. The portions were enormous so it was definitely worth the value. Can’t recommend this place enough. Thank you to everyone there for a great experience.

   Jambalaya was very good. `Service was very pleasant. Restaurant was empty which detracted from the ambiance. Decor was average at best. Still the food was good enough that we would give it another try.

    Relatively a light night due to it being a Tuesday so we were able to choose where we sat. Tuesday night they offered a 3 course meal for $25. I had the blackened chicken which was nicely done. My daughters had chicken francaise and shrimp creole both were nicely flavored. My husband had the jambalaya and tried the charbroiled oysters. We loved the charbroiled oysters. Service and overall pace of the dinner was good.
