The food and atmosphere were great!!!
Friendly staff and great Cajun food! We will be back again...and again...
I had ordered delivery from The Quarter during the pandemic indoor dining shut down and it was excellent so when I saw that brunch was being offered I couldn't wait to try it. I was not disappointed!! The food was creative and excellent!. I had the shrimp cake eggs benedict and it exceeded my expectations. I will definitely return often
My 2nd visit and I must say I am way less impressed. Food was ok. Table could use an extra wipe especially now during Covid. Server delivered plates and left us without silverware. That was absolutely embarrassing. Music was loud and restless, especially on Easter brunch. Toilets needs to be cleaned, your vents are disgusting!! Not sure if I will be back.
It was ok
Food was good and fast
I will go back after Kent when choice options are more numerous to us.
I had the shrimp tacos which were good
Should have other options available than fries.
They nailed the hurricane
The food was not bad but it wasn’t good either(except for the beignets but I’ll get to that later). For 25-30$ a plate I expected something that didn’t taste like I made it at home. The salmon was way over cooked, and the risotto was way under cooked. The jambalaya was alright if it came from a box. The beignets were burnt, and not like over done. I’m talking charred black. I thought “maybe it’s just chocolate sauce. Nope. Tasted like burnt toast. They did reimburse us for them but not without a snotty remark from the waitress that they were “a little crispy for our liking”. I even had to look on the Yelp website pictures to make sure I wasn’t going crazy. But they were definitely charred. Would not recommend
I started with the shrimp trio as a appetizer, it was ok. The grilled shrimp was good, the shrimp tempura was as expected, the bang bang shrimp was underwhelming. I had the Cajun salmon which was delicious! I would get that again! The bananas foster was also delicious!
My husband had creole bbq wings, which were very good. He has gumbo as a meal and it was just good.
Facebook page was inconsistent with Tuesdays special
outstanding atmosphere, nicest staff and accommodating. Drink selection was great to pair with the food and loved everything on the menu. big thanks to the Quarter and there friendly staff.
Went for brunch. My fiancé’s salad was super good and the fried tomato app was awesome. I got steak and eggs. Was very plain, steak was well done and I asked for medium. Still wasn’t bad though. I’d love to come for the regular menu because everything sounds good so I will be back. Only thing I didn’t like was the service. Food took a while to come out and when we were ready to leave the waitress was nowhere to be seen for about 15 minutes. Can’t wait to try the regular menu.
It was good. However my glass was dirty. My waitress did bring me a new glass. I was also surprised that my dish did not appear to have crawfish within it, although it was listed in the ingredients. The waitress mentioned that it was mixed in the etoufee I was eating. I did not taste it at all, I was disappointed by that. It was a good dish, just not what I expected. Also, my friend ordered the corn chowder and nowhere was it listed in the ingredients that it would have sausage. He is a pescatarian, that was off putting and against his diet restrictions. Perhaps this should be changed for the future. Also, regarding the etoufee, if you are not going to put visible crawfish in the dish, then indicate so in the ingredients list or if it is mixed in the sauce, indicates this in the menu.
As always...everything is so good. The wonderful staff and excellent food make it a favorite place to dine!
We were the only ones at a table for dining so the service was excellent. Food was delicious with a great presentation.bathroom could use some additional upkeep as it’s an old building and smelled like basement.
Everything was fabulous, I think the waitress forgot about us a few times, but Everything else was amazing.
The service was quick. It was a bit loud from people at the bar. The food was delicious and generous portions.
The food never disappoints at The Quarter; no matter if its brunch or dinner I'm always very happy with whatever I eat!
The corn chowder was fantastic, the shrimp po boy needs a little work.
Too much seasoning on the Cajun fries and bang bang shrimp po boy is super sweet. Just get a regular po boy. The drinks were good. Service was good.
Amazing!! Highly recommend!
Very nice brunch. Great menu options for food and drinks. Everything we had was outstanding.
Always a pleasure. So glad that brunch is back. Shrimp cake eggs Benedict was amazing.
The place has a cool vibe and delicious food. I recommend the jalapeno cocktail.
Great food and drink selections. Attentive staff...reasonable prices
Absolutely fabulous food, our server was absolutely incredible!
Our favorite Fat Tuesday spot in the area.
Staff goes above and beyond! Food was absolutely delicious!
The bartender was great, and the chicken was incredible. So happy we went on Valentine’s Day!
Everything was wonderful from start to finish! The hostess was incredibly positive and cheerful. The drinks were well made. The goat cheese appetizer was absolutely delicious. Our dinners were prepared perfectly. The cheesecake creamy and delectable. I could not of asked for a better dining experience.
The food and service were both mediocre. While it had a chance of being a nice meal, the lack of attentiveness by the service staff and running out of a main dish early in the night (substituting it without letting us know) were quite disappointing. While we received a credit for the substitution (it was a Prix Fixe menu) a heads up would of been much better so we could have ordered something else. It almost seems like they were a college bar posing as a restaurant that didn’t know what they were doing.
Food was very good we ordered off the Valentines menu. Service was wonderful very accommodating and nice.
This was our first time here. We didn't realize they were having a Valentine's Weekend special. The food was outstanding and the ambiance was was very calm and relaxed.
The food didn’t meet our expectations. The owners have pushed hard to remain open during this craziness so we thought we’d patron them for Valentine’s Day. The clams casino had such a rough/chewy texture that it was nearly impossible to chew through them. My filet medallions were just ok. My husband chose the salmon special and was happy with it. Drinks were fantastic!! I would check them out again for their regular menu...maybe the special menu wasn’t the best time to try them out
Just an all around great experience! From the absolutely delicious dishes, to the staff & owner that go above and beyond. Highly recommended!
Service was extremely slow. We were there for 3 hours due mainly to waiting a half hour for our drink and then another half hour before the server came back to order food. We were patient with this, but it was getting uncomfortable always having to ask for water refills or plates or napkins for our appetizers. I received my cocktail which was warm with jalapeño seeds floating in it. Not exactly what you’d expect for a $9 drink that you waited a half hour for. For an entree I ordered a bone in ribeye and was super excited for the shrimp polenta and bacon wrapped asparagus as sides...sounds great, right!? Well...no bone in the ribeye, waaaay over cooked, cold asparagus, and sub par mashed potatoes instead of polenta (did they run out of what was on the menu and then just threw something else on the plate and think we wouldn’t notice?) at this point, we were almost 3 hours in and I was just ready to leave. I’m hoping this review can be used to help a really promising restaurant up their game to be another great spot in Buffalo!
The food was really good!! The drink were also really delicious
The apps were great, the entrees were very disappointing
Our entire party enjoyed the excellent food and drinks and especially the stuffed hot peppers were delicious! I had the Cajun salmon which I highly recommend! The service was outstanding
We ordered two appetizers and four dinners. One of the appetizers was cold so we didn't eat it. The Voodoo Chicken and the Blackened Chicken Bucatini lacked flavor. Very disappointed.
Our server was really slow, even though she only had a few tables to take care of. Luckily there was a second server there that assisted us twice because we kept looking for our server.
Can't blame this on the restaurant but one of the tables by us had a guy who kept sneaking hits on his e-cig while sitting at his table.
The drinks, food and service were all excellent. Would definitely return to try other menu items in the future. The atmosphere is upbeat and loud but not over the top where you cannot talk. The owner checked on us a few times, was very welcoming and thanked us for coming.
Good food. Smaller portions than expected. Service was a little slow, although we arrived a bit early for our reservation, and the host got us a table so we didnt have to wait outside (COVID)
