While the service was good, the good was mediocre at best. We got the wrong food, but waited so long for it to begin with(we were there at 1130am, opening time), we didn't correct it(we were served brisket instead of baby back ribs while ordering 3 different meats). The music was loud rap with explicit lyrics, where jazz or country would be better for a bbq, wine bar. The cost to portion ratio was too high for the quality of food. The brisket was salted so heavily on the outside we had to cut off some of the edges, and someone needs to tell the cook(definitely NOT a chef) that Cheyenne pepper is not a BBQ rub for chicken! Being someone from NC and travels alot, I'm used to different BBQ sauce and rubs, but I will not go back to Q, nor will I recommend it to anyone.

We went to celebrate my husband’s birthday. They sat us right away and the staff immediately gave us water and menus. Our Waiter showed up and gave us the specials. I asked for his favorites and he was very helpful.

When the food arrived it was hot and flavorful. The brisket had a good bark and was extremely tender. Ribs were fall off the bone tender and seasoned well. Sausages, pulled pork, and chicken were all excellent. Sides included Mac and cheese, Asian coleslaw, and skillet cornbread. The cornbread was exceptionally light and flavorful, with a good crust.

We would highly recommend this place.

We are never disappointed by The Q Restaurant. We usually go Sundays for their fried chicken (best in the Valley!). The staff is very friendly and the food is always good.

Always happy with our meals! The ribs are great and they now give you a choice on the type of cold slaw. Took our three kids who have very different tastes and everyone found a menu choice that was satisfying. Will definitely continue to dine here!

I always forget about this restaurant and wonder how busy they would be in a different location. We ordered the sampler (brisk it, spicy sausage and chicken), the baby back ribs with a side of Mac, and I got the spicy Asian chicken salad. Everything was excellent, and my husbands brisket was so tender you could cut it with a fork. It was my husband's birthday and they comped him the brownie dessert, which was the best damn brownie I've had in a long tine. Service was very attentive. Everything was great!

This is in our neighborhood and we’ve always had good experiences. This Monday we went for their Happy Hour and it was outstanding. Vibe is fun, wine list is diverse and reasonably priced. Check out Q for Happy Hour—it’s impressive.

We love the food at Q, although the spotty service sometimes means it arrives at less than optimal temperature. Unfortunately, the music is always so loud it can be difficult to have a conversation, even on the patio. When the wait staff can't hear you, it's too loud. If you are on a timeline, be sure to mention it right up front and ask for the check when food arrives. Slow here is very slow, not just comfortable.

The Q has potential, but fails to execute. Although the ingredients are good, service is a set back. Spotty at best, the multitude of people who served us were clearly not coordinating. Entree's arrived at best lukewarm, fries were ambient temperature when they hit the table, shared sides came without a serving spoon, wine was splashed into glasses...hard to describe that wine pour. We had to ask twice for a bucket to chill the wine.. No, we didn't complain or send things back and we're nearly late to the theatre as it was. We didn't want to slow things down more than was already happening. We've been a few times, this is a consistent experience. Probably have used up all chances at this point.

Well, it's mothers day..just left and paid 100.00 for the worst food/service in my life. We sat and sat and sat for over an hour before any food was brought to us (a family of 4) super cold bbq, don't even know how that is even possible..i ordered a salmon filet for 35.00 , it came out cold, after an hour .and when I sunk my fork in..it was like jelly it was so raw!!! I sent it back and the server agreed it was bad...he then came out to tell me that the "chef" said "that's the way it is suppose to be cooked and served...i didn't order my salmon well done" hahahaha it's either cooked...or raw!! It IS NOT SUPPOSE TO BE RAW...it isn't a sushi bar. Then the manager said the same thing. She said she even had "well done" salmon earlier this morning. The bbq sauce on the table, was watered down ketchup...horrible!! The service was so bad. Every table there was say g things and waiting for terrible food. It was like cinco De mayo party in the kitchen and they do not have (chefs) they have low grade food truck cooks. Will never eat here again or refer this place to anyone!!!! Everyone here needs a little Gordon Ramsey in their face, complete joke for outrageous priced, gross food.

I made reservations for 1230 for Mother's Day. We were not seated until 45 min later. I understand it was busy considering it was a holiday. We had a group of 8, unfortunately order was not taken for one of the guests. We let it slide. Waiter spilled water on my son and never replaced his utensils. We let it slide. Appetizers/main entre were served late and at different times. We let slide.

For the price we paid for mediocre food, we will not be coming back.

Met a friend for lunch at the Q a few days ago. We both ordered the Cobb Salad, which is my favorite. It was fantastic...the tomatoes were fresh and tasty, as was the avocado, the peppers, lettuce, the grilled chicken fresh and warm and the bacon crisp and tasty.

The servers at the Q are always attentive and the food enjoyable. The previous week I came in on a Tuesday when you can get a rack of ribs at a special lower rate...they were meaty and flavorful. I really appreciate the attention the kitchen is paying to the quality of the meats and produce, it makes such a difference.

We visited this restaurant on Easter and booked a reservation online because it said they would be open until 4pm. Received a call from the restaurant on Saturday asking us to move our reservation up because they actually were closing at 2pm. No issue there & we appreciated the call. Food was good and just what we were looking for mid-day. Great cocktail menu, I had a coconut rum/water concoction that was super refreshing and the boys loved their Arnold Palmers. Felt a bit rushed since they were closing early but the staff was all smiles and treated us well. The patio was great, just took some shuffling the tables/umbrellas to get shaded properly on a very sunny warm day. Overall a good experience. I think next time we just look forward to an opportunity for a more leisurely lunch, more cocktails and definitely order the grilled artichoke again!

Great menu - food was perfect. Awesome wines by the glass & excellent service. I prefer outdoors over indoors. The inside dining area feels a little too “lunchroom cafeteria” making it a better choice for early dining, but considering the location, it’s a perfect stop during your mid-whatever shopping trip.

This was a special menu/occasion to usher in Marti Gras (and Lent): a Fat Tuesday Cajun/creole menu that was really fun; you could also choose from the regular offerings as well along with specialty cocktails and music. Although very enjoyable and tasty, the music was way too loud so we couldn't have a dinner conversation. Outdoor dining may have been a better option that evening. My daughter used to work in the Napa Valley restaurant scene and she mentioned that sometimes the music is really for the staff and not the patrons. Diners like to talk while the workers need to be jazzed up and on their toes. She always recommended asking that the taped music be turned down.
