   Let’s start with the Server, Curtis had a great attitude and was very personable and knowledgeable about the food. Other than that poor experience. They sat us outside at the last table at the end of the outside patio and it was freezing, they had heaters above but it didn’t compete with the cold coming from the patio. It’s restaurant week and they were under staffed and over booked. One person in our party didn’t even get his cocktail until his entree arrived. All entrees were servers like warm and then cooled off immediately once placed in front of us. Server auctioned off the food at the table and we had no silverware. Only making our food colder. Upon leaving the 3rd floor a waiter opened up the side door, service door, to expose that they had all of the dessert for the preset “rests week” just sitting on Speed rack in the hallway. No cover, no idea how long they had been sitting there. Gross and Dangerous

   We were passing through & made last minute reservations at the bar. We had a delicious cocktail, a lot of laughs, and delicious dinner.

   We have awaited for a few years to eat at The Pump House. We were not disappointed. The Setting, Service and Meal were excellent.

   The only issue we had, it was very cold inside. It felt like there was no heat inside.

   My new favorite restaurant! Everything is always delicious- both food and drinks. My guests always enjoy their experience as well.

   This is my last visit to pump house. Food was cold. Service was just not great. Just not a good experience. We were on porch and cold. Very disappointing.
