Brunch was wonderful. The food was delicious and Ryan was an exceptional server. The floor manager was very friendly and accommodating when we wanted to go to the rooftop bar. Our unlimited mimosas were carried over to the bar which was very nice and a section of bar was set up for us. The bartender was extremely friendly and welcoming.

Simply outstanding in all aspects. Staff members were superior, food was fabulous, excellent proportions, reasonable prices! Love love love! Cannot wait to come back!

Food presentation was very nice but taste was just okay.

Not a great experience for my family. One side dish was forgotten and by the time they fixed it, it was in a to-go box. Of course we received a couple of apologies but it was still on my bill which I thought was not fair.

The view is lovely for those requesting outside seating. Our waitress was great. And, we sat on the 5th floor's small outside seating, so it was delightfully quiet. We were very glad to be seated here because the live music, a solo artist, was too loud for the small amount of square footage available. We had a dividing glass wall, so the music was not intrusive for us. Trying to fit entertainment into a tight area is difficult. Sound issues are not uncommon, but it is worth mentioning.

However, this is the second time I have eaten at the Pump House and regretfully felt the same the second time as I did after my first visit. Our entree, the night's special, was very bland and portions were too dry. Despite the lure of a lobster cake, grits, and scallops, the entire meal was mediocre due to the seasoning, or should I say, lack there of. Yes, the food was seasoned, but nothing impressive, nothing special. Their chef needs to enhance the seasoning of their entrees, esp. when it comes to seafood.

Sat outside, nice and warm with heaters. Table was by the door so didn't like the location with all the servers in and out. Food was tasty, nice combination of flavors but a bit pricey for what is served.

Our server was wonderful, but it took quite a while for us to get our food after ordering.

The was my wife and I first experience at The Pump House. We met friends there and enjoyed our meal and the river view.

They may have had an off night. Our ticket got lost so we waited and hour and a half for our food. When the food came my scallops were overcooked and gritty. The dish was supposed to have cauliflower puree and Brussels sprouts. Instead they brought roasted to the point of burnt whole cauliflower and Brussels sprouts that were hardly there. The manager comped our entire dinner and gave us a $50 gift certificate. That was a very nice compensation. My previous experience there was good. I hope that their quality returns to its usual high standard.

This was my second time here and I will def be coming back when I am in the area. Can't go wrong with the shrimp and grits. Also the french toast is AMAZING!!! Great service as well.

Free champagne for our anniversary. Super attentive staff. Gourmet food and nice presentation. The restored pump house offers a unique setting and view over the river. We will be back!

The rooftop bar has great ambience and service. The food was high quality, as were the drinks. Experienced and professional staff made us feel welcomed.

We went to the Pump House to celebrate a birthday. When I made the reservation, I made mention that we were celebrating a birthday. Arrived at the restaurant at our reservation time, our table was ready, when our waiter came over, he said good evening and welcome, who’s celebrating their birthday? For me, it’s the small things the reservation was made almost 1 month prior and they remembered. The food and view was amazing. We will frequent this restaurant for sure 😁

This is probably our fifth or sixth time here. We love it usually. But the covered patio was extremely loud with one table dominating the entire space.

Otherwise the service was fantastic. It was the first time taking our kids to a “fancy” restaurant. It was wonderful.

We absolutely love the pump house and go their routinely either as a date night, or as a special occasion with our kids. my single complaint is that the fourth floor dining area simply is not as enjoyable as the rest of the restaurant. I should have brought this up when we were seated there because I know better, but it really is just not as enjoyable. I suggest anyone eating at the pump house go for the third floor main dining, the rooftop area, or seating that overlooks the river

The Pump House is not only the jewel of Rock Hill, but also of the Charlotte region. The food is excellent, the wine list impressive, and the mise en scene delightful. While it is more expensive than most restaurants in RH, it is better than all of them. Do not miss this dining experience!

I highly recommend this restaurant not only for its excellent food, but for the history that is embedded in its walls and accoutrements. There's a lovely river view and very good art on display. It was a special treat to take my son there for his birthday and I hope he selects the Pump House next year.

Had lunch at 2pm on Wed Feb 17th to celebrate our girlfriend's Birthday. Her 1st time visiting, Unfortunately, there was another larger group near us celebrating a B'day as well, so our server was quite busy. But the food was delicious as usual. Just wish we could have dined on the rooftop, the view is so much better there.

Love the Pump House! Special occasion and they brought us two glasses of champagne on the house! Great views of the river, service was excellent, wine selection is really great and the food was excellent!! Will def be back!

Tonight we ate here, for Valentines Day. The service was good, along with the food. Over all nothing really negative to say. Definitely will be back.

Everything was excellent except the dessert. We had the cheesecake and red velvet cake. They were the specials from the day before. Unfortunately, it was very obvious that they were made the day before. Very dry. But we loved everything else!

My 1st time taking my 15 year old daughter out for a fine dining experience, and it was amazing I really appreciate the pumphouse and the service they offered.
