We sat outside in the top patio and it was lovely. The service was exceptional and the food was delicious.

Brought two friends here for Sunday brunch. They loved it. Kept talking about how good the food is and loved the river view.

Food and service was very good. A bit cold under the fans outside.

We went to The Pump House with friends we hadn’t seen in a year. The appetizers were phenomenal. Our main course was fantastic. The staff was extremely attentive and we all kept saying that it was a new favorite place.

A very nice restaurant for the view. We made a reservation for an important event for 8 people several days in advance, confirmed twice on the telephone and then offered a table facing a wall in an enclosed area facing a wall. We would have left but Joi was able to find another table overlooking the river. Artuello provided excellent service.

The Pump House is a very nice restaurant, but the most compelling part is the view.

This was our first visit to the Pump House and we'll definitely return. The service was top notch, everyone was engaging and attentive. We ate lunch on the roof top which provided a great view of the Catawba River. Food was excellent.

Food and service were fantastic. Outdoor tables were really close together and the tables around us were extremely loud. The outdoor area didn’t have good acoustics for conversation.

Our waiter was Russ we had wonderful service and the food was great.

We don’t go here that often and every time we do I’m reminded why we don’t. I’ll first say that our waitress was wonderful. She had our glasses constantly full and was very attentive. Three of us ordered the filet mignon. This is the reason I don’t care for this place. They don’t sear the steaks. With a cut that special you need to take care in how it’s prepared. They covered it in butter. Also, asked for medium rare and it came out medium well. For $38 for a steak, definitely disappointed. My husband got the shrimp and grits which were amazing. If we go back I will not get the steak but will get the shrimp and grits.

We met our son for lunch. Great restaurant and location. Right on the Catawba River. Good food. Great service. I would definitely recommend a visit there.

Always enjoy my time at Pump House. Have not experienced anything less than awesome service and food thus far.

Their brunch menu is fantastic. The orange chocolate muffins are wonderful. Really enjoyed the French Toast as well. Can't go wrong with anything on the menu and the location is perfect.

Our dinner was perfect. Andrew is an excellent waiter and our service was great.

Our server was excellent. I am not sure how to spell his name but it started with a A. We were on the fourth floor and the place over all is beautiful and the food was amazing. For my first time it was more than I expected. We will be back.

We loved this place. We sat on the patio area of main dining floor (3rd). Beautiful view. Our food was delicious, and our server, Curtis, was wonderful!!!

My wife and I drove down from Salisbury, NC, a 1.5-hour drive. The meal, the service via the waitress, and the manager plus receptionist proved all to be outstanding. We will go back because the salmon was out of this world.

Food and drink is 2nd to none in this part of SC. Like a Charleston restaurant in the upstate. Delicious.

Zachary was very knowledgeable and gave perfect suggestions. Wonderful personality! Salmon was cooked to perfection and delicious.

The name doesn't reflect the experience. It truly is an old pumping station but now just a wonderful restaurant. The atmosphere was so cool overlooking the river from the outside third floor. The service fantastic! The food was very good with plenty of choices. While casual, it had an upscale feel. I was most amazed by their expansive wines by the bottle. Click on the QR code and explore what seems like endless selections. Definitely a winner of a restaurant in my mind.

This is the 3rd time I've been here and I've always left thinking, "it was ok". Went for Easter dinner. Was unaware they had a fixed menu and what was offered was mediocre in my opinion. For what I spent for a family of 3 I would have expected to leave thinking "that'was worth every penny". It was not! If I am going to drop that kind of money on a meal it will be at Epic, Ruth Chris, Mortons, Capital Grille, etc... The food was no where near that caliber. I had Ahi tuna that had little to no flavor. Wife said the same of her filet. Daughter's Shrimp and Grits were the highlight along with her Potato Leek soup. This place has potential, but sadly for me 3 strikes and your out. Sean (pretty sure that was his name; server on 5th floor) was outstanding! Fortunately for him my tip didn't reflect my disappointment in the food.

The food was delicious and enough to take home. We will return in the future.

We went for Easter, the menu was great, they gave the wrong dish so when I told the server (she was very nice) said that she would bring me something else, I sent that is was ok I ill take it home. The mgr came over was very nice and offer me anything on the menu and I said it was ok. when the check came my dinner was taken off. We will come back again

Easter brunch had a preset menu and it was delicious.
