   We really enjoyed our meal. We tried things we hadn’t had before and were not disappointed. All the staff were delightful.

   We went for the Easter Sunday brunch buffet. Value was excellent when compared to other offerings in the area. Most places at $55+ per person while The Prow was at $40. With coffee, tea, or fruit juice included. Ambience was relaxed and warm. Food was solid. The eggs Benedict station was great and the chocolate fountain for dessert was delicious. A great find!

   I found the atmosphere calm and quiet. It was very easy to visit amongst our group. Our reservation was on time. No waiting. The service was excellent. The food was great and our plates arrived without issue. Excellent.

   The rest around is well laid out and seating very comfortable. Our wait staff were excellent and the menu options would meet most peoples expectations for fine dining. My wife has dietary complications that make dining out problematic but the waitress and chef made minor changes to her menu option of Steelhead Trout that worked well and my option of Rack of Lamb was beautifully prepared and presented. I would definitely recommend the Prow

   Ordered 14oz ribeye. Was cooked well but it was smothered in sauce which took away from the value and flavor. Caesar salad of sorts was ok. Light nothing special. Fries were cut in house, not bad. Order dirty martini, worst martini I’ve had in a while. Crappy little olives and not dirty and no vermouth. Steak, salad, beer, martini and a house Canadian Merlot 160.00. Not worth the price. Should have went with cheaper pasta night.

   The service was great but the food wan’t as good as expected fir the price. The hash browns were dry and flavourless, and the english muffin and Canadian bacon was difficult to cut with a butter knife. I would have loved a little more hollandaise but it tasted fab. Eggs were cooked perfectly.

   Our best dining experience in Banff! Cuisine, service and atmosphere. Dined at multiple Banff restaurants over a long week-end. All were very good, but this was the best!

   The ambience was quiet and enjoyable. The food was outstanding, Alex our server was very informative on the meals, wine selection and our dessert options. All of which were beyond expectations and highly recommended. We will be back here again.

    The food quality was exceptionally good. Had the roast chicken and my wife and daughter had the linguine. Both dishes were excellent. Would definitely come back.
