We went here for a work lunch. It’s great to have a nice sit down restaurant near our office.
Very high salt on all dishes that were on the overpriced side. Coffee came in paper cups and dessert was not fresh
Service was extremely slow, the food was not tasty at all and way too expensive for subpar service and food. We transitioned to the lounge and the service there was just as bad. The bartenders were slow and unorganized. They seriously need to hire more service people. I will not be recommending this restaurant or lounge for any occasion to anyone! It was a great disappointment. But side note, the servers themselves were pleasant but they need better training in handling the dinner service.
The food was horrible. The noodles were the worst that I’ve tasted at an Asian restaurant. We didn’t attempt to touch the Oysters. We returned them as is.
Drinks were good, and the decor and ambiance was good.
Please look elsewhere. This place is a mistake. Expect an upset stomache.
My boyfriend and I came here for valentine’s day dinner. The service was very good. The atmosphere and music were good too! We had a prefixed menu which was a three course meal and 65 dollars per person. The first course was either a salad or soup. I chose the gyoza gumbo soup it was fabulous. The second course we both chose the lobster noodle. It was kinda on the salty side. The dessert which was the third course was delicious but very tiny portion. Overall we like this place. Will probably come here for regular dinning menu sometimes.
Food was great and easy to share . Had some business colleagues and they all enjoyed The Province!!

Went here on a Saturday night in the early evening and it was SUPER loud. I'd recommend this place if you're about to go on a night out and drink, but not really a nice dining experience with family. Food was a hit or miss.
Food was good, service was below poor. For the price of the meal, we were expecting excellent food and excellent service. The food didn't come out together, there was lack of urgency when we pointed out that we would like to eat together, but we were waiting on the last few meals to be served (took about 40 minutes from when the 1st plate was served to our table to the last). The manager John P, was not particularly helpful either once we explained the situation to him, in fact, once we let him know, he never once returned to our table to apologize. I was extremely disappointed and will not be returning.
The food was the worst I have ever eaten .. no vegetarian options and very pricey.The food was served very late. One thing I liked was the drink from the bar.They should work on thier menu and chefs
I personally think this restaurant should deserve an upgrade in the Chef department. Dishes by name could have a lot of potential, but by execution were lacking. Noticeable are the mixed drink ideas, but also here the bartender didn't get two mixes consistent, and the wait time was huge.
For the owner having spend millions of dollar on the interior (hand painted walls) missing the boat of food and drink quality is misunderstanding the culinary opportunity here.
The food and ambiance are great. However,it’s a little bit slow when it comes for wait time in between orders. Still recommendable.
I went for lunch with few friends. It was pretty quite but the food was good
Upon arrival, they informed us that they didn’t have a table for us so they sat us at a “bottle service” table. No room to place the food, therefore we had to put all our plates on our laps. They didn’t provide us with utensils nor napkins; our waitress checked on us twice but only with the person at the far end. Trying to grab her attention for drinks and dinning essentials was extremely difficult and inconvenient. By far, the worst dinning experience I’ve ever had.
Had a reservation for two tables at 7:15 and 7:30 pm. The first table was seated at 7:45 pm and the second at 8:30 pm. Friends were not happy that we had to wait an hour for a table, with a reservation. The excuse was given that no table was available.
Service was pretty awful as well. They got many orders wrong. They brought out sometimes incorrect orders or didn’t bring out the correct orders at all.
All the reviews about the music being too loud are correct. It was hard for me to talk to the person sitting one foot away from me.
Leonard the manager tried his best to make up for the mistakes of his staff, but unfortunately one person can not overcome all the issues.
Stay away from the province of you wish to have a conversation, or eat food, or sit down.
Had to wait in the front lobby for approximately 20 minutes as there was no host to receive us. Service at the table with sporadic at best. Clearly a casino does not make for a great dining venue with respect to attentive service. Food was subpar for the most part and the best items were mediocre. The cocktails were also terrible and expensive. I will never be going here again.
The Province is so loud you can't hear the next seat talking. Several wines on the menu were not available
and the selection is meager. The service is slow. The food is all asian. We will not return.
Total service failure for a scheduled year-end business lunch. Server disappeared for long stretches. Food was significantly delayed, and some delivered dishes were cold.
The place has a great setting and the food is excellent. You can wind down from a work day.

The food was a little over priced and service was a little slow... The best dish I liked was the Garlic Noodles.. it was very good... Maybe good for Take out?
The noise level was unbearably high. We could not hear the person sitting right next to me talking. DJ should lower his music volume so allow for conversations
Music too loud, service slow in delivery
My girlfriends and I came here for dinner on a Friday night. The place was not as busy. I do have to compliment the atmosphere and decor. Restaurant was super clean. The food was a different story.
Most of us ordered from the STARTER menu:
Ahi Tuna-one of the better menu items. Little chunks of Ahi (could be better) but we ate it anyway because we were super hungry. We specifically asked for avocado on the side because on of my friends was allergic. I think our waiter, Axel forgot about it. We did remind him and he apoligized.
Pork Belly Bao-2 pieces..very disappointing. It was super dry. At least add some shredded scallions and hoisin sauce.
Calimari-nothing special. Typical like any restaurant that serves it.
Tempura Battered Green Beans. Nothing special.
Brussel Sprouts-undercooked. My friend asked if he can take it back to recook. Came back super spicy. We did not ask to add chili/jalapeno.
Fries-Dry with little pieces of charsiu. The sunny side egg was overcooked. Fries tasted stale.
Dessert: My friend specifically asked waiter for a lava cake. Instead he gave us what he called Chocolate Terrine (chocolate ice cream with a rectangular piece of dark chocolate mousse). Not what she had in mind but she took it anyway. Waiter had no idea what was a chocolate lava cake.
Birthday dessert. -Matcha green cheesecake. Nothing special..a bit too sweet.
Bottle service-The wine we picked was delicious but our waiter had no idea how to open a bottle. We could have done that for him in an instant.
Overall-Bill came out to be about $212 for the 4 of us. So not worth it for the quality and presentation of the food.
Would I return again? probably not.
We had dinner here 2 nights this week and had 2 different experiences. Food is very tasty and the service on Sunday night was superior to what we experienced on Tuesday night. We had a new waiter on Tuesday who needed a little more training. The calamari is fabulous.
Way too noisy. Parking was ridiculous. Had to go across to neighborhood street parking.
The food was good. But I was really disappointed in the drinks .... mojitos did not taste good so I stuck to cranberry and vodka. Music was good but it got really loud around 11pm. Lol
Great Service and Great Food! Our server was great she was prompt and knew the menu and was super friendly and courteous. The interior reminds me of Vegas with how the decor is.

Very disappointed with the vegetarian options. Only a few side dishes were specific for vegetarian diners and those offered no variety. When we requested our server ask the chef to make something with flavor and variety, he returned with a bland plate of steamed vegetables. Perhaps he misunderstood the request or did not relay it to the kitchen. Regardless our vegetarian diner was less then thrilled with the experience.
From the moment we walked in to the desert the service was so lacking attention and it wasn’t even busy. No excuse for sloppy service.
Given that it’s linked to a casino .. it was fine .. the staff tried hard .. the wine we ordered was not available
Food was good. Service was a complete joke. The server seemed to be completely incapable of delivering the correct orders. One of my guests did not even receive her entree until we were settling the bill. AWFUL and would not recommend.
The brussel sprouts are absolutely delish here! The atmosphere is upscale. Be aware though it is attached to the Bay 101 casino.
Service was excellent, but the food didn't measure up. Salt & Pepper pork chop wasn't very salty or spicy and the tempura was a little soggy. KFC wings needed to be crispier on the outside.
My second visit was a big let down when compared to my first.

Both Oyster and Mussel are not fresh, raw Oyster tastes sucks.
Most of the dishes we ordered were unexpectedly spicy and sweet. Sweet-and-Spicy food lovers may be able to appreciate this restaurant. The Chow Fun was kind of tasteless, we should have avoided it. The portion of the dishes were small to average. You may need to order extra dishes if you are hungry.
The "background" music was very loud. The services were great.
