Originally built in 1518, the building was the very first Guildhall in Windsor which was the meeting place for the Trinity Guild (the town traders) which since the 13th Century has provided the governing body for the town until it was turned into an inn & public house in 1689. There has been a pub on this site for almost 500 years and is one of the oldest establishments in the town, only a few of which are still standing.

Located on Market Street, The Prince Harry is only 50 metres from Windsor Castle. We are proud of our part in Windsor history and continue to provide a traditional pub environment amongst the cobbles of the old town next to the historic Guildhall.

Our menu includes traditional British favourites and all food is freshly cooked on-site, served from 12pm, to 5pm.

We serve a fine Sunday roast until 6pm and we advise booking a table so that you can enjoy our traditional hospitality. Pop in for a pint.

We went for a roast on Mother’s Day, it was probably one of the nicest roasts I’ve ever had. Our starters were also equally as good. The food came very quickly I was really impressed. The staff were lovely and it was a nice calm atmosphere in there, good location easy to get to if you’re mooching around Windsor - we ate after doing the long walk. Highly recommend and would visit again.

We arrived for our reservation to be told the kitchen was shut and they were cleaning up . I said we had a reservation and she just said they had only just noticed it. Not much Point in using open table if it not checked

The pub was fine - food was ok (not a huge choice on the menu). It was a hot day but the radiator was on and blasting out heat - couldn't be turned off as broken. Not their fault but our table was right next to it! Service was good.

Nice pub, easy to find, very clean with good beer and wine. Didn't eat so no comment on food. Other customers seemed to enjoy food. Was there from 5.30 until 8.15.

Lovely evening had last night! Food was really nice tasted fresh and plenty of it ! Very reasonable price given the area, will definitely be back to try pudding! Service was very quick and staff very accommodating. Stuck very ridgedly to covid guidelines which was lovely to see

3 of us booked a table for 5 oclock. we all had different meals and all equally excellent. the service was super and our waitress scarlett went above and beyond, a very pleasent young lady. thank you for a lovely experience. we had day in the castle and followed by meal at the prince harry and we had a fab day.......thank you all. :)

Came to The Prince Harry for a quick lunch with my friend. The service was really lovely. Girls behind the bar were so attentive and nice. Food was fantastic. The nachos were to die for and the beef and ale pie was absolutely faultless. What a cute little gem in Windsor. Will be back again! Thank you
