   The food was amazing, and the staff were great!!! Our scallops were cooked to perfection, and the steak and lobster were fantastic!!! We would definitely dine there again!!!

   Everything was amazing I used my bday dine in for me and my son something went wrong with my players card and my waiter and the manager helped fix the issue. The food and service was amazing not to mention the mood the lightening the music everything was on point.

   Went for our anniversary. The place is beautiful. Had a drink at the bar and the bartenders were very engaging. Went in the dining room for our meal and the staff was very friendly. The bread was warm and tasty. We had crab cocktail as an appetizer. Perfect! I had the filet with mashed potatoes. Cooked perfect!! Melt in your mouth! Hubby had Chilean sea bass and spinach said he loved it. They were quick to refill our drinks and checked in frequently to see if we needed anything. To end our evening they brought us red velvet cheesecake. OMG sooo good!! Everyone wished us Happy Anniversary. Will definitely recommend!!

   I ordered a medium rare prime rib. It was 1/3 fat and tough. The worse prime rib that I have ever have. Extremely disappointing. This is suppose to be an up scale restaurant. With a name like Prime Rib you would think it would be the best. I will never go there again. However my waiter was the best. Always available and very professional. He deserves to work in a high class restaurant that serves at least good food. The atmosphere and the furnishings wonderful. I did not like paying $35 for valet parking. Another turn off.

   We went for my wife’s 60th birthday celebration and when I made the reservation I informed them of the occasion and they confirmed it. We ordered a rib eye medium well and it came out well done and chewy. I had to return it and they brought me another one which was fine. The baked potato was on the small size for the price but the sautéed spinach was great. When it was time to order dessert we passed, but no effort was made by our waiter to bring out a complimentary dessert for my wife’s birthday. While we were dining we had seen someone celebrating their birthday with a surprise birthday cake/ candle. Although a small gesture, it goes a long way when celebrating a special occasion at a special restaurant. On the way out I mentioned the oversight to someone at the hostess desk. She apologized and offered us dessert to go. When we got home and opened up the carry out bag, we were shocked that it was a tiny piece of cheesecake, silver dollar size. Come on Prime Rib, after spending $200 for our meal, you certainly could have done better!! Parking The valet lost My car for about 1/2 hour and way over priced!

    Our favorite restaurant when we are in town. Our server, Richard, has helped us previously and, as always the service was excellent. The Prime Rib is a beautiful restaurant with excellent meals

    Our waiter was excellent. The ribeye was cooked just right and the scalloped potatoes pave were delicious. We topped it off with the delectable bread pudding with raspberry purée a la mode. Highly recommend’

    My mom and I visited for my birthday and before a concert. Our drinks & appetizer came quickly and our waiter was attentive. We ordered entrees quickly as well. Our drinks and appetizer was delicious. String drinks were a plus. Unfortunately, we waited over an hour for our entree and had to get it to go. I was disappointed. Much later that night, when we did eat, it tasted great!!

    We arrived at 7:05 and was seated. Our drink order was taken and delivered. The waiter took our order about 7:30. Our food arrived at 8:40p one of the crab cakes was raw. We were unable to wait for them to redo my meal so we could sit eat and enjoy it because our food arrived an hour later and we had tickets to Patti Labelle show. I was so disappointed because the meal was my $150 birthday voucher. It would be nice if I Maryland Live would compensate me by reissuing me with another $150 voucher to use for my birthday at visit Prime Rib

    For the price paid (over $200 for two people), I expected better tasting steaks (NY strip and Ribeye) and sides. The baked potato was dry and I've had better tasting mac-n-cheese at a fast food restaurant. I guess the saving grace for this visit was the service.

    I had the crab cakes and the wife had steak, our reservation was for 5;30 but we showed up early, They said the kitchen was not open yet { opens at 5} but we could sit at the bar. they said we could order then, this was at 4;30, the service was great and the food was out standing. didn't have to wait long before the food was delivered.

    The overall experience was nice however my steak was not cooked as requested. The manager Kim was very apologetic and made sure it was redone correctly. The meal was just okay it added to the great service and atmosphere earned 4 stars.

    From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, the service was outstanding. The drinks were very tasteful, food was good and atmosphere as well. There was music playing and it was a bit loud so it was hard to hear each other talk but overall, it was a great experience.
