The food, staff, and service was great! I loved the ambience of the restaurant and dining experience overall. Our server, Alissa was amazing. Her knowledge of the dining experience was impeccable. We were trying raw oysters for the first time and her recommendations were spot on; same for drink recommendations. I will be returning very soon!

We ordered the crab appetizer, Chilian Sea Bass and The 2 Lobster Tails for dinner. Everything was prepared perfectly. I had a glass of Moscato and my wife had a Pear Martini. Both were excellent. The service was very good

We both got the specials which were very good. I got the scallops, and my friend got the short rib dish. We were not impressed with the Caesar salad. The service and ambiance are excellent. There was a piano player which was really nice. The restaurant was very loud, and it was disconcerting.

I ordered lamb chops. The meat was not as tender as I had hoped, and the dish itself was a little on the greasy side. Additionally, I noticed that there was an excessive amount of fat on the lamb, which left me with less actual meat to enjoy. I still want to give it another try becuse the first time having lamb chops at Prime Rib it was amazing. I love Prime Rib overall.

Another awesome experience at the Prime Rib. We were greeted by McKenna, who always remembers patrons and makes you feel so welcome. Kamal is our favorite server and treats you like family. This is the first time we had the seafood tower; the only thing left was the ice! From start to finish, Chef Justin serves up a delicious meal. We love the Prime Rib and love to take family and friends because we know we will leave with a smile on our faces.

The service was impeccable and the food was fresh and delicious! The crab cakes and burgers are must order items! I’ve eaten here approximately 6 times and I haven’t been let down yet! All sides can easily satisfy 3-4 people.

Server obviously lost our order since we saw other tables come in, get served and leave before our food came out. The manager came over and comp'd our meal, so that made us feel better, but we were still almost late for the game. Barely got to the seats before the first pitch.

First this restaurant is beautiful. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Sat at the bar while waiting for our full party to arrive and were treated so well by the bartender Mike, That we stayed at the bar andhad our meal there. Mike was very engaging and attentive. He made sure that all of our drinks and meals were made to our liking and went above and beyond to correct minor issues and never made us feel like we were a bother. I would come back just for his service alone. The food and drinks were phenomenal, a little pricey, but it’s to be expected of a restaurant of this caliber. Would definitely be back.

Our reservation was during a chaotic time. There were three sporting events going on, the Phillies, Flyers, and a soccer game being played simultaneously. They waitstaff handled everything easily. The food was excellent.

The ambiance of the restaurant is very nice. Our server made a good wine recommendation for what we planned on eating. The tuna appetizer was good, but portion size was disappointing for 4 thin slices of tuna for the price. I live in nyc and felt this wasn’t right. Shrimp cocktail has 4 nice size shrimps likely u12-u18 size. The crab cocktail was in some sauce which I felt didn’t do it justice. For entree we got the 8oz filet which was cooked perfectly

Wow. Wow. Wow! Our dinner before seeing John Mayer at Wells Fargo was beyond our expectations! I love the atmosphere (dark and velvety!) of this restaurant. Tables or old school booth options were a plus. Our serving staff included Nicole and Eddie and both were amazingly warm and personable the entire dinner. My boyfriend and I both agreed that we've been to many steakhouses and this was near the top in terms of food, service, and atmosphere. I took one star back because the live music, while great to have from the bar room piped in to the dining room where we were, was way too loud at times and took away from the relaxing atmosphere. We came back from the show and had drinks at the bar and the service and drinks were amazing! Our bartender, Sierra, had a beautiful singing voice and sang along to the great music at times while she served us. What a friendly place all around!
