My experience there was very nice me and my husband was celebrating our fourth year anniversary everyone was very nice and pleasant it was a beautiful experience I will go back again and eat there again very well hospitality

Great service. Very good food. Very loud inside. Had to yell to talk across the table. A little pricy for À la carte everything. I’ve had better steak for less at other steakhouses and it came with sides and a salad. Nice for a special celebration though.

Our third time there, ordered NY Strip medium well, came out after a long wait well done and the steak had no taste. Service was spotty , the team service doesn’t work well. We had to ask for salt and pepper, steak sauce, ice tea refill. Manager offered a complimentary glass of wine. We were celebrating a birthday

This my 3rd time there and another bad experience. The service bad had to wait the food overrated my nephew got the tomahawk for $170 and my ribeye was bigger than his steak and it was overcooked. The food is just not good quality.. will never go back again

We went to The Prime Rib for Prime Rib and yet they didn’t have any medium rare available? Been plenty when in Rittenhouse but new location has been a disappointment. Also, a very drunk woman at bar was talking incredibly loud all night and even fell on floor once. Bartender kept serving her. We complained several times and nothing was done. They said they couldn’t do anything which we knew to be untrue. Meal was in honor of our late father’s 80th birthday and it was completely ruined. Our waiter was terrible and floor manager had no control of the restaurant—he was clearly out of his league at a prime steakhouse.

Love coming here before concerts or sporting events! Food and drinks are delicious, service is consistent and always attentive. Atmosphere is nice and comfortable. Larry, the general manager, is the best!

Very loud, had a reservation but got seated in the bar. Server was very busy and didn’t really provide any service once our orders was taken. Unfortunately this is the only restaurant to go to in this hotel because everything else is on the casino floor and children are not allowed which is understandable. Food was good but prices were off the charts for what you got. Restaurant and hotel not child friendly even though many concerts held in the nearby stadiums.

Dined there before a concert with 8 people. Drinks took 40 minutes to come out wrong and horrible. My shrimp cocktail came out with one shrimp missing half of it including tail, and another one mangled like it was pre-chewed. Salads were fine. Dinners was below average and ranged from raw burgers to over cooked steaks. Service took forever to attempt to get more drinks. Overall was not good for an $800 meal. It wasn’t worth half that.

Service is wonderful. Portions are large and shareable. Great drink menu. I ordered a ribeye steak. It tasted like a sirloin steak. I let the server know. A new steak was made and correct. What a difference in taste. My friend ordered prime rib. It looked great and tasted great. Desserts were excellent.

We went before the Phils Game and had an incredible meal. Paulina was our server and was fantastic. Steaks were perfect and the Sea Bass was over the top. Well done.

We had my birthday dinner there and we were wowed! Very romantic ambience as we sat in the back of the restaurant surrounded by vintage liquors in glass display. Our wait staff was so fun and energetic as well as knowledgeable, from the hostess to the servers who cleared our table. Our filets were cooked perfectly. Thank you for a memorable evening!

I am sure i will be back, but it does get discouraging paying insane prices for a loud restaurant open to the Casino area with a noise level that can make it hard to hear a person 2 chairs away from you. They should really put a wall (even if it was glass) with a door to help with the Casino sound issue. You apparently can't put a dress code in the restaurant but having a $175 steak next to a family in shorts, tee shirts and flip-flops is fine, but does not make for a "special" night. I will recommend the restaurant due to its convenience to that area and how nice the staff was more than for any other reason.

From the hostess to the server everyone was kind and attentive! The food was delicious and plentiful! I still can’t believe we ate every drop! I wasn’t there for a special occasion but I highly recommend for any future special occasions you may have!

Excellent food Service was not at the level of the cost of the meal. We were not a priority to our server forgot items we ordered brought out wrong side dishes and we had to wait for cocktails and bread. I go to many fine dining restaurants and my wife, daughter and myself usually get the same thing a cpl cocktails, a cpl apps, entrees and a cpl desserts. This was by far the most expensive meal we have ever had. Although I don’t mind splurging on a fine dine experience I do expect to be taken care of the way I tip. By the way the hostesses and bartenders were excellent!!

We were very disappointed with a half lobster filled with crab meat. It came out so hard, it could not be removed from the shell. We informed the waiter, who inturn informed the manager. The manager did have another half lobster prepared, and it was much better. It's just that first impression put a damper on the service.
