   I was not happy with my food on 5/9. We had a party of 6 and 3 of us had to send our food back. The sides were either dry or tasteless. The service by the waiters were the best part of dinner. The manager was nice but to be honest the price of what we paid the food should’ve been outstanding.

   Restaurant is beautiful. My wife wanted to order wine with her dinner, seems the waitress disappeared and we could mot. Split a filet , I was terrible and way overcooked. Very disappointed

   the food is always outstanding. My waiter Kat, was horrible. After I received my order, she never returned to check on me. Three other waiters asked me was everything ok. I told them what happened. I asked to speak with management (Brandon) to make a complaint. After talking with management for 5 minutes, Kat never came over to my table. I received my meal in about 15 minutes. I was in there 90 minutes. Normally, less than 45 minutes. Waiting around for someone to ask you, if you need anything else is the worse. I will return, but will not sit in her section. Prime Rib is my #1 favorite restaurant.

   we had a great evening at the Prime. One of our party was a late arrival but the staff went above and beyond to ensure that we had a memorable dinning experience. We can always count on a great evening when we visit the Prime Rib

   The service was exceptional! We loved the staff. They made my best friend’s birthday memorable. The seafood tower and lobster bisque was delicious.
