Prime Rib is a contemporary fine dining restaurant, blending a historic steakhouse and cocktail lounge with distinctive twists. Highly personalized touches include a curated selection of steak knives presented to diners prior to entrees arriving and tableside cocktail creation based on guests’ preferences. White glove service without the white gloves... it’s hip - even a little provocative.

I gave my husband a list of possible restaurants to visit for Father's Day & he chose The Prime Rib. We entered from inside the casino so we had to wander around to find the hostess station. The hostess (McKenna) wasn't very pleasant & coldly asked if we had a reservation, which we did. She didn't say anything else to us but asked the other hostess to seat us. Outside of that, the dinner experience was incredible. The restaurant is dim but we were able to see & talk without having to shout or overhear other guest's conversations. The booth seat was comfortable but a little low to the ground. My husband was sitting across from me & noticed how low I was seated. Again, it wasn't a deal breaker & we were optimistic. The rolls & butter provided were soft & delicious. My husband ordered a beer that he never tried before & enjoyed it enough to research where he can buy it again. He ordered a steak & I ordered the crab cake entree. We shared the truffle mac & cheese & sautéed spinach. The crab cakes were over an inch high & full of lump crab meat. They had very little filler & lots of flavor. They were cooked perfectly & honestly were some of the best I've ever had. I didn't try the steak but my husband said it was tasty. They even brought out a large wooden box to allow him to choose what kind of knife he used to cut his steak. That's a special touch we've never experienced at a restaurant. The spinach was delicious & very garlicky. The mac & cheese was very cheesy & full of flavor. Overall, our meal was amazing. He ate his entire meal & I took half home beacuse I was full. Leftovers were great! With an amazing meal comes a steep price. I paid a little over $200 for both meals, two drinks, and two sides before the tip. I'd say it was one of the better high end meals that we've had lately. We didn't leave hungry & were satisfied with everything we tried. Our waitress was very attentive & nice. We will likely return in the future for a special event. We highly recommend it.

Coming from Texas, this has to be the closet I have gotten to true Texas Steakhouse. Steaks and their Smoke Old Fashion are the best. Their deserts are shareable. I have not been disappointed.

It’s our 4th visit and it’s always a great experience. The food is great and served at reasonable prep time. Shout out to our amazing server, Marco! We will definitely keep coming back. Can’t say no to those oysters and excellent steaks!

The acoustically it’s very bad. The restaurant is very loud and it’s very hard to hear anybody at your table.

Prime burger ordered MR and was well done. Didn't have time to wait for another. Mgr was nice and discounted meal. Brandon gave excellent service.

Our waiter (BRANDON) was amazing! Very professional and walked us through the entire meal. Gave us recommendations and presented everything so professionally. Food was exceptional. My only criticism was broccolini was way too garlicky. Bread was AMAZING!! Sea Bass was OUT of this WORLD!!
