I liked it. Service was excellent; waiter was friendly and knowledgeable. The food was quite good. I can’t go 5 stars though because my steak was a bit over cooked. I asked for medium rare and it was medium. Still very tasty though. Value wise? It’s a steakhouse in a casino; they don’t give it away, for sure. Recommended.
We arrived at 8:30 for our 8:45 reservation and were seated immediately. Our waiter stopped by to offer cocktails and then had to go work a large party. It seemed as though there were not enough servers available for all of the customers. Our food came out after a while and it was cooked to perfection. I would have enjoyed a bit more attention from our server. When I'm spending a good chunk of money on a meal I appreciate great service from the server, we were not able to receive that on Saturday.
NEED TO ADD HEART OF PALM SALAD, & SHAVED HORSERADISH WITH THE MEAT. CHRIS WAS GREAT
Aside from the fact that the food was delicious and perfectly prepared, our waiter, Nick, was outstanding. he was helpful, friendly and down to earth.
This is not the Baltimore Prime Rib. The exceptional service with professional waiters who really care are not at this location. Our side of potatoes was cold. No apology, just taken back and torched in the oven. Food was very good otherwise. Prime rib is exceptional. Same excellent seafood. No drink menu. Would come back again if going to a show, but not just for the restaurant
This was my 2nd time coming here and I was a little disappointed. My first experience was much better. My husband and I came here on a Saturday for our date night, so we knew it would be a little busy, but that’s no excuse for poor service. When I went to check in, the hostess was cold and very unwelcoming towards us. Once we were seated, the service only got worse. Our waiter was nice enough, but he was hard of hearing so we had to basically yell every time we spoke to him. He also was very absent. He checked on us twice, during our entire hour and a half visit. I ordered a sparkling wine and it was extremely flat, as was my husband’s Mountain Dew. Although the food was eatable, it took forever to come out, even the appetizer came out late. I don’t think I will be coming back for awhile.
The dining room noise level was so loud we couldn’t hear each other talk. However the food and service from Adam were both outstanding.
The food was great as usual. The server was new and not all food was brought at one time. She needs more training. I have eaten many times here and waiters were great. I think they should be trained more before allowing them to serve on floor by themselves.
I ordered the rock-fish, which was not fresh. It appeared to have a fishy smell when it was served. There was way too much garlic in the Provevian chicken.
The food was good and also the coffee was really good. I want to be there again to have coffee again.^^
Everything was phenomenal. Waiter Tom was attentive , knowledgeable and friendly.
Arrived at 7 to check in and was seated in the back dining room. After 15 minutes, we had not been greeted or served water. While waiting, another couple was seated and immediately greeted by their waiter and bought water. After complaining to the young ladies at check-in, were we served. The waiter was professional but waiting almost an hour prior to eating is unacceptable. In addition, my lobster bisque was warm; salmon was dried out and my husbands pork chop was not fully cooked.
It was our first visit. The staff was great from the young lady that showed us our table, the waiter and any one we talked to. The food was great good presentation, taste and quantity. We will visit the Prime again.
Lovely atmosphere, great food and service. We celebrated our 10yr Anniversary here, very memorable night. 😊
The food was excellent, the people were friendly and very accommodating. I would definitely
recommend it to all my friends & family. We intend to go back again soon.
I’ve been to The Prime Rib numerous times. It’s ok. I’ve been to better. It’s overpriced for what you’re getting.
I was there to celebrate my 60th birthday. Thought I had selected the perfect place. NOPE. Started out nice with the appetizers. Down hill from there. When we finally saw our waiter Tom again he was bringing out our cold food that took forever to come out. I had guest that had to leave for another engagement and she didn't have time to eat her food. No one ever checked on us before that to refresh our drinks or anything. So, when the cold food finally comes out, my $68 NY strip steak was the worst. No flavor at all, dry, cold and not cooked the way I asked. I was going to hold my tongue and not speak on it but the manager came over and asked about our experience so I told him. He did try to make things better with free drinks and a free dessert for my birthday but I did not get my delicious juicy steak that I anticipated from the time I placed this reservation. Very disappointing 60th birthday meal.
We have dined at the Prime Rib in Baltimore for years & it was always excellent. We expected the same experience at the Casino restaurant but were very disappointed. Our waiter was attentive but food prep was way below what we were expecting. The oysters Chesapeake appetizer was excellent but our main course beef & veggies were luke warm, as if they had been sitting in the kitchen waiting for us to finish our appetizer.
Our server Tom was attentive , food was great. Noise level was kept to a minimum
Good food and service was great, would go back any day
Other than the baked potato being cold, and a little slow on service I give a 3 star for food, and 4 star overall
First visit and everything was great. The food and service were on par with a restaurant of that caliber. It is located in a casino but you would never know it once you're inside.
Amazing experience and delicious loved our experience we will go back again.
Scott was a pleasure to have waiting on our table.
Francisco was very attentive. The food was delicious although the steak was a little fatty. The chocolate cake was amazing!
We were lured in with the Pan Seared Sea Scallops. At 7 PM we were told, after we ordered them, they were sold out. It would have been nice if management stopped by to offer a drink, or some kind of consolation.
Went there for Anniversary dinner. The food, , the ambience and our server (flower) were absolutely outstanding ! Slightly pricey, but worth it!
Can’t wait to go again.

The food was delicious and our server was great. The music from the outside area was very loud every time someone opened the door to go in or out but it was so worth dealing with that nuisance for the wonderful meal.
Outstanding job ‼️‼️‼️I will be back. Good food Customer service awesome
The ambiance was very nice. The waitress was kind and considerate. The food was tasty as well. The only issue was portion size and quality. The prime rib portion was rather small with a little too much fat for the price. Personally I believe the food is over priced; otherwise great place to have a nice dinner.
Great Food. Great wait staff. Excellent place for a quality meal for business
This is the most I have ever spent on a meal. The idea of paying per item seems to drive the cost up exponentially.
The oyster Chesapeake was excellent.
We were seated immediately. However, I did not expect to be so close to the kitchen that I could see the drink dispenser from my seat. And the constant goings and comings of staff was distracting since this was right in the main traffic area for them. We ordered filet mignon. When it arrived, my husband was shocked at his steak. It had been "butterflied," so that it would be ready at the same time as mine, which was a smaller size. But if I had butterflied mine, it would've been the same size. What a disappointment! My husband had a salad which he enjoyed, and I had the onion soup. It was ok-the croutons were soggy & the cheese was a bit much to deal with. The mashed potatoes weren't anything special-pretty flavorless. For dessert we ordered cheesecake and red velvet cake. I've had the red velvet cake before & this seemed to be different. Perhaps it came from a different vendor, because the cake was dry and the icing too sweet-not enough cream cheese. I enjoyed the complimentary dessert that we received for our anniversary.
I earned the necessary points to redeem a $10 certificate for the Prime Rib on Open Table. Unfortunately the restaurant would not or could not use the certificate for the meal. They claimed there was no way to redeem the certificate in their system. To their credit, they comped a portion of the meal for my inconvenience. My question is, how many other restaurants on Open Table do not honor or are not able to honor the certificates?
I ordered the prime rib medium. There was at least 2 oz of fat at the end of the prime rib and two-thirds of the prime rib was rare in other words completely red. We also ordered oysters on the half shell and they were either too big or too small they were not very brining
Nicolas was very professional and passionate about the menu and knew a lot about the different options. I started with the lobster bisque which was good but could have been a bit thicker. My entree was the blackened sea scallops and duck fat fries. The scallops were cooked perfectly, and the duck fat fries were crunchy and seasoned just right.
The prime rib is to die for! My husband ordered the lobster tail and it was very good.
Prime Rib never disappoints. We always appreciate the good quality, good service, and convenient location.
This was my 4th visit to the Prime Rib and I am never disappointed. From the greeters to wait staff always excellent service. My food was delicious. I had the Signature cut Prime Rib...tasty. I tried the Lobster Mac& Cheese...absolutely scrumptious! Looking forward to returning.
My family took me to the Prime Rib last night for my birthday. I'd told them I wanted a good steak and it didn't matter where we went. Upon arrival we were seated fairly promptly. It took a little while for our waiter to get to the table, although things were not busy.We ordered our drinks, which came quickly from the bar. We were trying to decide what we wanted to eat, because this was our first time here. In the meantime we ordered appetizers and soup. Before our starters arrived, the waiter seemed pressed to have us order our entrees. The calamari was perfectly done and the cheese/meat platter was good as well. The lobster bisque was tasty, but was only lukewarm.
Much to our dismay, our main meal arrived before we had finished our appetizers. Without apology our waiter scurried to arrange a place on the table for the plates. Little time had passed when he circled back to the table to ask if things were okay; my husband bluntly told him that he wasn't done with his appetizer, so he didn't know yet. After that point the waiter somewhat avoided the table. In fact, when he did come by to fill our water glasses, he didn't acknowledge that my husband's glass was less than half full, leaving without filling it.
Our steaks were perfect and delicious, although the duck fat fries were merely glorified french fries and were somewhat greasy, the mushrooms and creamed spinach were good. None of the sides were even near hot in temperature and the spinach had a congealed appearance in the dish before being stirred.
I really don't like to complain, but for the money my son paid for our meal, the experience was disappointing. And, DRESS CODE? The website clearly states what is expected for the main dining room. There were people in slouchy, casual clothing all around us; in fact, one lady was even wearing a FLINTSTONES tshirt! Why have a stated code of dress if it's not followed?
Will we return? Maybe, but there are other restaurants that thrive on customer service, not on name
