Great service. All food was cooked perfect, we liked the patio option for safe seating.

This was my first time at the Preservery. We met for brunch on their outside patio where they had space heaters. The food was very tasty - I had shrimp and polenta. The drinks were good. The coffee could have been stronger. I thought the service was quick and attentive. They are very serious about masks and social distancing to protect their staff and guests so it felt safe. You definitely need a reservation since it's not a huge space and the Denver dining capacity Covid restrictions.

Overall food was very bland. I ordered a BLT and it came with no tomato. The lady serving us was very nice however instead of taking the sandwich to make it properly she just handed me three slices of tomato. My friends ordered the New York sandwich and it was just some bread with 2 eggs on it. Nothing to make it different then how I would make it at home. The ambiance was good and so were the drinks.

Preservery strictly adhered to COVID guidelines (much appreciated) while providing excellent service and fare for my out of town guests. All loved it, and happy to recommend!

Great service, fabulous food, excellent wine. Good anti-covid precautions - we felt safe the entire time. Outdoor heaters worked GREAT! Thank you!

Plenty of space and air flow. Feels safe to eat great food indoors. Very friendly staff as well!

The food and drinks are great, which I suppose is the most important part, but the service was atrocious. Our table wasn’t ready for our reservation, we sat for probably 15 minutes before we were even greeted, food and drinks took forever, etc. It was not busy so there was really no excuse. Wouldn’t bring anyone that’s super particular about dining experiences here.

Great place, love the food. Totally worth getting a little chilly to eat on the patio!

Great place. If making reservations during fair weather, definitely ask for patio. They treated us like royalty.

The food and service are great and it's not difficult to find parking.

The food was just ok for me here. Elote salad was a salt bomb and so so small for 11$. Lamb burger was dry. Cauliflower was good but didn’t get the buffalo tie in. Server was really nice & music was great.

Unique menu! We enjoyed absolutely everything and the waitress was super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend the frites appetizer. If you’re looking for something casual and fun this is the place!!!

Brunch on the patio where everyone was doing a GREAT job making me feel safe and comfortable. Lots of new things on the menu that are gluten free! Makes eating out a pleasure and not an ordeal from trying to find something edible. When you are celiac, you do not have a choice. Had a great time!

They were very accommodating on a busy evening!

Food was delicious (that chocolate chip cookie was the best cookie I've had in years!) They are being so responsible with post COVID operations - it made dining out pleasurable again. The server was kind and attentive but gave us our space. Food was fresh, great portions, and a great value.

Had Sunday brunch on the patio. Encourage reservations as they fill up quickly. The food was well done and service was great.

I've been to The Preservery a few times and I've left feeling disappointed each time. The staff makes you feel unwelcome and almost like you're inconveniencing them by dining in. The decor and space are great but the food is pretty basic for the price.

While the atmosphere and decor is gorgeous, the experience was not great. The server wasn't friendly (difficult with covid I'm sure), the food took a while, and wasn't great. I got a sad greek salad with too salty shrimp. My boyfriend had a pasta dish that lacked flavor. Drinks were good and buffalo cauliflower was fine too. Would go for drinks but don't plan on having an amazing meal here.

Staff was very informative and relayed their Covid policies before being seated regarding when to wear masks. Server was attentive and friendly. Great prices on Happy hour options.

Good food & service.

My girlfriend and I received attentive and personal service from our server who made us feel incredibly welcome despite the necessary changes in the context of COVID-19. The fixed price menu was delicious and left us so full that we required boxes to-go. Highly recommend.

So many fast items but the buffalo cauliflower is to die for.

Didn’t have our reservation in the schedule even though we made it the night before AND showed them so they made me feel crazy that they didn’t have it. It was weird but they did accommodate us anyways
