Experience was excellent as was the food. Never felt rushed to leave.
Best place in town!! Delicious food!!! The chef came out and talked with us. Definitely will return to Triad more dishes!
We frequent here often, and usually have a great meal, but this night was the exception. Our waitress emma came over and took drink orders as usual. It took about 10 min to get them, no big deal. We ordered and app and shortly after we ordered our dinner. We never received the amuse-bouche, which is complimentary to all tables. Then my wifes salad came before the app. We told the manager and he apologized and the app came about 7 min later. It was lackluster at best, like it was rushed. The food finally came, scallops werent cooked all the way and steak was lukewarm. My wifes spinach had no seasoning, and her butter poached lobster still had cartilage where it wasnt cleaned well. When the waitress finally came back to check on us we were fed up and ready to go. When asked why we didnt receive the amuse-bouche, the waitress started tearing up and apologized. Nothing was taken off the bill, i paid and left an undeserving tip and left with no further apologies from management.
This night was a stain on the little gem in kernersville
We really enjoyed it. The atmosphere was good and the food was delicious!
We had high hopes for the Prescott. Food was good. Not spectacular, but good. They don't honor reservations and continually forgot our orders. Perhaps they need more staff? Either way, not worth the small portions and long waits.
Meal took 2.5 hours from apps to dessert and our dinners were cold or luke warm at best.
Another great meal! Very accommodating with dietary concerns.
Food is fantastic and very creative. Seems like it took forever to be served however and missed some small touches such as salt and pepper on the table
Wonderful place in a very cute alley. Ingredients were thoughtful and seasonal.
We had a reservation for 7. Fot there at 6:45 and seated right away. Drink order was taken right away. Waited at least 20 minutes for food order to be taken. Didn't get our food until after 8pm. And the foos was mediocre at best. Steak had too much fat and the pirk chops were way too salty.
Delicious and freshly prepared, white table cloth settings with candlelight, attentive staff, menu offers fine dining options at affordable prices, nice wine selection, outdoor seating, and the best honeybee martini around! You will not be disappointed in anything this restaurant has to offer.
Friends have eaten there and highly recommended it. We were not disappointed and plan to make it a regular stop.
Food was amazing. Service needs a little work, but we’ll be back very soon!!
Great food and great service
Excellent experience at The Prescott. Would equate it to any of the Triad’s finest. Chef Trey is so talented. He did a Chef’s Tasting for us & we couldn’t have been more pleased. The flavors just sent our taste buds over the top! We rec’d great attention & wine suggestions from our server, Tanya. The lemon mousse dessert is a must!
Wonderful food and service!
We each had starters, main courses and dessert. Across the board, the food was exceptional. The service was slow at first, but improved once we were given a different server. My only complaint is that the restaurant was cold. We thought it would feel warmer as time went by, but instead it stayed cold.
Very creative menu well executed good wine list but overpriced a bottle of wine we ordered was $49 and we looked it up online while we were at the restaurant and it could be had for 14. Congratulations to the chef he met us at the door was very engaging and delivered on an outstanding and challenging menu
We had a lovely brunch in a setting that was wonderfully quiet. The food was very well prepared and came to the table hot. Our server was a regular visitor to our table but no more “aggressive” than she needed to be. It was, overall, a very pleasurable dining experience and we will be returning. I recommend The Prescott without hesitation.
Absolutely wonderful from start to finish!
The flavor combinations from lobster dip , meals and desserts were amazing!
The food was amazing! Could do with a better wine selection otherwise was an overall exceptional experience
This is our second meal at The Prescott and it was even better than the first.
This was our second time dining and we love it, great addition to Kernersville! Great food and friendly staff!
Awesome food and great, friendly servers.
We initially had to wait a while after being seated before we met our server. Then a further wait to get drinks. Once we started ordering, everything proceeded at a comfortable pace. The food was good but not exceptionally creative. Some of the meat entrees were a bit overpriced. Overall the experience was pleasant
There were 6 of us with our dinner party, and all of us were unhappy with our meals because the meals ( all fish/seafood) were very salty! Our Server was wonderful, but so disappointed in the food. No offer was made to take off any charges for meals, even though the Server admitted that the chef does “have a heavy hand with salt!” The Chef never came out to discuss the issue with us.
Always the best service, food, atmosphere, EVERYTHING!
We would highly recommend this restaurant our server, Ellissa, was outstanding; friendly, knowledgeable about everything on the menu - both food and drink. The chef/owner came to our table and introduced himself and welcomed us. The food was amazing. We started with the meat and cheese board - all farm to table fresh. We then moved on to the main course. I had the seafood risotto and my husband had the sweet corn ravioli. They were both delicious. We asked to have our dessert and a glass of wine on the outside tables - flour-less chocolate torte and apple bread pudding and a glass of wine on a lovely Saturday night. I have to say there was nothing on the menu that we didn't want to try. Everything sounded delicious and if the meal that we had is any indication of what to expect, we will definitely be back to try everything.
The Prescott was outstanding as always. Fresh ingredients make all the difference to the flavors and the presentation is always wonderful as well. Highly recommend!
The food and service were very good. The kitchen was a little slow, so the food didn't come out as timely as it should have, but our server was very good. The Strawberry Basil Margarita was delicious. Will definitely go back.
Great food, new waitress and she rocked! Will return for sure
Second time we have been. Food really is quite outstanding. Husband got the surf and turf (filet and diver scallops). I had the black grouper. Both were prepared fresh and were reason enough for us to go back a third time. Highly recommend.
The decor and service were okay, but not what you would anticipate or expect from a place that advertises "fine dining". I had a steak that I couldn't finish because of the ridiculous amount of salt. All-in-all our belief is this place won't make it.
Met a friend, sat at the bar. Service was prompt and accurate. Had Palmico shrimp appitizer, delicious. Filet MR, cooked to perfection. Guest had the Sweet Corn Ravioli, did I mention, house made pasta? Best meal in Kernersville or surrounding I've had. Tuesday evening, restaurant was 75% full. Impressive. GO!
The band was super as well as the food. Service was rite on. Will ne returning soon..
The food was absolutely outstanding! It is a place we can take our friends as well as have business dinners or lunches! The owner and chef were on site and very pleasant! Our server was knowledgeable and gave great recommendations! This will be a place we frequent! The location is on downtown Kernersville, it is worth the visit!
Absolutely delicious and amazing! Terrific drinks served by a great bartender! The hostess lovely and just gets it! Great wine list and the chef is not only creative in the kitchen, he comes out to chat table side. We’ll be back in High Point in September and will definitely go back at least once! We had the Halibut and pork tenderloin! Divine
