Great pre show dinner solution. Relax and drink prior to great Raul Malo Show.

We came to New Hope for a concert (Raul Malo) at the Winery. Because we enjoyed excellent food there in the past, we decided to eat both lunch and dinner there. We were not disappointed. The menu is limited but there’s enough variety for most diners. For anyone attending a concert at the Winery, it’s a no brainer - eat dinner at The Pour House and then take a 20 second walk to the concert venue, which sits about 100 feet behind the restaurant.

We went to the Pour House before a show at the Venue at the New Hope Winery because of the convenience of being right next door to where we were going. The dinner was beyond our expectations and I would definitely recommend it and will go again whether we are going to a show or not. Cool atmosphere, rustic and authentic. There were four of us and we all ordered something different and everyone was happy with their meal. And we ordered a variety of things from appetizers to entree's and they all were excellent.

This was without a doubt one of THE WORST dining experiences in the history of dining. I booked a reservation days in advance for 5:00 PM. We arrived at 4:50 PM and were told to wait. No big deal, we were early. At 5:00 I approached the hostess to inquire about our table and she PUT HER HAND ON ME and guided me back to my family stating that they were very busy and I needed to wait. 5 Minutes later my mother asked about our table and her reply was "We have 250 reservations ( a lie since the restaurant cannot hold 250 people!) and you will have to wait." Long story short: She was rude and disrespectful to my ENTIRE PARTY and actually told another employee to stop explaining the situation to us because she was handling it. I TRULY BELIEVE that this woman is EMOTIONALLY UNSTABLE and should never have a job where she has to interact with people, or animals....or plants. We went to the concert next door and had snacks with our drinks for dinner.

you need more staff. Our waitress was good but couldn't keep up with the pre-show rush.
