    The restaurant's interior is beautiful. The service was excellent and so was the food. The noise level was much too high, so only four stars. Lunch is served late so next time we will reserve a table a little later to avoid the lively lunch crowd. Otherwise, this was a lovely experience.

    Outstanding First-Time Dining Experience! It was my first time dining here, and I was genuinely excited. I arrived on time and was immediately impressed by the beautiful facade and the stunning old-style ceiling leading to the Post Room — such a charming atmosphere! Soukaina, the host, welcomed us with a warm, friendly smile that set the tone for the evening. We started at the bar to enjoy some cocktails before dinner, and she was incredibly accommodating, allowing us to relax and enjoy our drinks before moving us to the table I had requested. It was a beautiful, quiet spot — perfect for the evening. To our surprise, Soukaina was also our server. She continued to be exceptionally friendly and attentive, offering us water right away and surprising us with a delicious welcome appetizer. She guided us through the menu and took our orders with great care. The timing of each dish was perfect, and she made sure to check in regularly and offer more drinks. Her attentiveness and warm personality truly elevated our experience. Before ending her shift, she thoughtfully introduced our new server, Jairzhino, and even brought us complimentary champagne — such a lovely gesture! Jairzhino was just as wonderful and surprised my guest with a birthday cake, which made the evening even more special. Both servers went above and beyond, and I can’t thank them enough for their outstanding service. I’ll definitely be coming back — we had an amazing dining experience from start to finish!

    We dined at this historic hotel restaurant for my birthday, but unfortunately, the experience did not meet expectations, largely due to poor management rather than the server herself. From the start, no one offered to take my coat, so my husband had to hang it up himself. The waitress communicated minimally, often responding with short words or nods. When we ordered dinner—a whole fish for my husband and half chicken for me—no side dishes were suggested, and nothing came with the meals. We had to request mashed potatoes and lemon. Initially, a server brought just two small lemon slices on a paper napkin. Only after asking again did someone bring a proper plate with more lemon. Despite noting in our reservation that it was a birthday celebration, the server only acknowledged it after my husband reminded her when she asked about dessert. She brought two dessert spoons—one awkwardly placed in the middle of the table and the other on an empty seat—followed by a vanilla pudding with a candle. When we asked for plates, she explained it “doesn’t come with a plate,” but eventually brought two when requested. Finally, the bill included both a service charge and a gratuity charge. We chose to pay only the service charge which was included in our bill already.

    We were delighted with the food, service, and music was lovely in the background (not too loud for conversation) . Not only was every dish we ordered perfectly prepared and delicious, service was extraordinary. Tessa, our server, made the whole experience one to remember! Highly recommended !

    Service was iffy...wrong order brought, food brought to table at different times, but the staff tried. Overall the food was good.

    From the front door, Leif offered a warm welcome and touch of class on our way to The Post Room. The dining room and bar is intimate, cozy and lovely. For the menu I would have appreciated a more versatile vegan/vegetarian fare, but other than that we enjoyed friendly service with a sophisticated ambience.
