Comfort Food
The Post Brewing Company brews beers that are gosh darn delicious, memorable, and something you will want to put in your mouth repeatedly. Our beers have been purposefully designed to pair perfectly with your meal. Our kitchen, run by Chef Brett Smith, serves you delicious comfort food cooked with the love of your grandma and the skill of passionately trained chefs that is meant to be shared like a family supper. Featured by Guy Fieri on Food Network’s Diners Drive-Ins & Dives, our bird is better than the rest—humanely raised, all natural chickens are brined for hours, dipped in buttermilk, seasoned with gluten-free flour, and then fried to crispy golden perfection, just like your grammy used to make.

The food was Luke warm when it arrived at the table, had to wait over 45 minutes before the food arrived; I was truly disappointed. I don’t recommend the Post.

It is a brewery, so it's a bit on the noisy side, unless you can sit outside. But the food & beer are great & the service has always been good. I would highly recommend it!

Fun and yummy as always. Took my mom for mother's day for the first time. We really enjoyed the patio (though umbrellas for shade would be really nice! We got sun burned). Love the deviled eggs and I'm soooooooo glad the Chile relleno is on the menu! I think it was a special the first time I got it, and it's so good! One of my favorites!

The fried chicken here is wonderful! The beets and sweets was a nice side-dish, as was the mashed potato and gravy. Noise level is high, but it is a very busy place.

Good beer and fabulous fried chicken. Sides were fresh and yummy. On the expensive side for comfort food (all sides are extra with the chicken dinner), but worth the splurge. Great service and nice atmosphere. Good place to catch up with friends.

We asked for a quiet booth and were seated in the back where it was quieter even though it was next to the bar and tv. Portions are large. We enjoyed the beer flight and the Sangria was very good. Appetizers of deviled eggs and chicken chowder was very good, as was the braised pork. Only complaint was the fried chicken was dry and did not arrive hot. The waffles were great crisp but also could have been hotter

Absolutely loved the atmosphere and decor. We went for a ladies brunch, so the quiet atmosphere was perfect for gabbing. I can tell it would have much more energy in the evening. I personally would not return for brunch, as it didn't have enough egg options, but the food was very good. I am definitely returning with my husband in the evening. Staff were extremely friendly. It is definitely worth a visit.

Terrific fried chicken, family friendly atmosphere- we came here last Saturday with our 11 year old and her friend, and our mother and stepfather who are 85 and 92. Everyone loved the fried chicken. It was a bit noisy for the older folks who had difficulty hearing our conversation, although we were there early but the server was friendly and helpful and service was quick, and as always the food was delicious and reasonably priced.

Great fried chicken and a minimum of 4-5 beers on tap that are excellent. It's easy to order food but always a tough decision on beer.

We were celebrating my sisters birthday and had a very nice visit and the food was very good as well. The chicken is always great there! The gal (I don't remember her name) serving us did an excellent job.
The noise level could be toned down a bit if at all possible as it is difficult to carry on a conversation. I know this is a difficult task being it is a brewery.
But all in all, we had a good time.

I like The Post, it's a great location, a good building, service is always good. The southern style menu items are fine, but the quantity, and presentation leave something to be desired.

I had the MISSISSIPPI CATFISH with a side of slaw, it arrived, a single fried catfish on one side of the plate, a small cup of slaw, and a lonely set of pickled vegetables. It was all edible, put small, and poorly presented.

I don't expect Egon Ronay or Michelin starred presentation, but a little more Gordon Ramsay would be good. It won't put me off returning, but does remind me that in a small market, you only have to be good enough.

Deeee-lish!! We go here specially the UNREAL fried chicken....the recipie was designed with an alternative gluten-free flour just for the flavor profile, and is the best this southern gal has had. Even the cream ir brown gravy is gf!! Amazing, crispy, juicy, better than any colonel. And if gf isnt you, thats just the chicken.... everything there we have tried is amazing. love the coleslaw, ribs and mashers. YUM. Friendly service, our last dinner was served in less than 10min. Great place....make a reservation!
