The Post Brewing Company brews beers that are gosh darn delicious, memorable, and something you will want to put in your mouth repeatedly. Our beers have been purposefully designed to pair perfectly with your meal. Our kitchen, run by Chef Brett Smith, serves you delicious comfort food cooked with the love of your grandma and the skill of passionately trained chefs that is meant to be shared like a family supper. Featured by Guy Fieri on Food Network’s Diners Drive-Ins & Dives, our bird is better than the rest—humanely raised, all natural chickens are brined for hours, dipped in buttermilk, seasoned with gluten-free flour, and then fried to crispy golden perfection, just like your grammy used to make.

The food was aweful and over priced. Our table was in the middle of the walking path for the servers and customers coming and going. I won’t be going back.

I like The Post, the atmosphere is great and the servers are very nice. But the chicken & fries were very greasy, the slaw was bland, and the collard greens were way too salty! The coin marg was good!

The dining area was freezing. Had to wear outside coat for entire meal. Other tables received there food way ahead of us - some problem between server and kitchen it seemed. We’ve had good experience before but

I was sad that there is no longer bacon in the salad and that the kid's meal doesn't come with dessert as it does in Longmont and Lafayette. We go to the Lafayette location regularly so we didn't know about the differences in locations.

This place did not live up to my expectations. The chicken was so very heavily breaded and somewhat overcooked. The coleslaw was, despite the waitress' assurances, quite heavily mayo-d and pretty bland. The pie filling was thick with cornstarch, and the pie crust not the least bit flaky. Maybe we just ordered poorly. But I'll not rush back.

Everything was great, but the bartender, she was so slow... it took forever to get a beer... do not order a sample... this will ensure it takes 30 minutes to get a beer

Fab fried chicken, yum salads and delish house-made beer w excellent service and plenty of seating. 👏👏👏

We were bounced around at local hotel restaurant to their bar and finally told their kitchen was full and we could not be seated at all. Hungry, we pulled out the Open Table App and looked for a walkable option that was open and available on a holiday. That’s how we found The Post. I’d seen it many times but never made it in before. Glad we did. The whole family found something to eat (even the picky YA’s onboard). There was plenty of seating and seemed good for work lunch, date, family or just a casual beer and fried chicken. Service was awesome! We’ll be back :)

I knew this would be comfort food and the food prices seemed pretty reasonable. However, their drink prices are expensive. I think my beer was $11 - really? So it didn't end up being that reasonable as far as drinks - I mean $200 for 6 people for fried chicken and ribs. You get the idea. The chicken was good, but I wasn't wowed with it like I expected. The ribs were very good and the very best thing I had was the cheddar biscuit. So delicious! Our server was super friendly and nice and accommodating - 5 stars for a great server. I'm not sure I would go back, but I picked it because they took reservations and we had theatre tickets. I would say - give it a try and let me know what you think ;)

We were seated in the back room, which was good for accommodating large parties such as ours but there were several TVs with sports playing. This is not a sports bar and we actually found it rather distracting. There was loud music playing as well which just made for a chaotic environment. Our waitress was great as was the kind hostess who took time to visit with our enthusiastic young kiddos. The biggest problem was the food. It was awful. My husband's fried chicken was dangerously undercooked. My salad was pathetic looking and tasted awful. Several items on the menu - food and drink - were actually no longer available. Honestly, it felt like they were barely making an effort. We've been to The Post in Longmont and Lafayette and both were wonderful. Not sure what went wrong with the Boulder outpost, but at this rate, they won't last long - and they're paying Boulder rent rates. We will not be back, sadly.
