The wait for everything was painful. Service is not their thing. Had to bring our bill to the bar and even they ignored us. I have no words.

We thought that the food & service was excellent! Only downfall, which may affect our decision to come back was the “music” that was being played. We felt that we were being rushed through dinner. It was a driving pulse, with very repetitive melodies. It was quite aggravating to all of us at our table. I compare it a bit with house music. Not enjoyable during dinner time (6:00 pm) - just a strange choice that affected the overall ambience of our outing.

We took my Mom here for Mothers Day. When we arrived we were surprised to find out they were on a Mother’s Day Menu only. Wish we had known that when we made our reservation because we picked this restaurant based on their menu online. But we thought ok, we are here now and will give it a try. They also offered us a kids menu for my two young kids. When the waitress came over to take our order, we ordered an appetizer and told her we needed one more minute to decide on our mains. Our appetizer came pretty fast and was delivered by another staff member. We then sat for 40 minutes before our waitress even came back to our table to take our order. When she finally came over she informed us that they were only doing the Mothers Day Menu and we could not order off the kids menu. Well then I explained that they gave it to us at the door and what was I supposed to order for my 5 year old as the other menu was not kid friendly. She left for another 10 mins to talk to her manager and came back to say they would only do the kids hamburger or chicken fingers. Fine, we will make that work although that is not what my children had picked. And I understand it is mothers day but there was lots of staff around and every one else had someone looking after them with even a few clearing our dishes and one eventually asked us if we had placed our order yet. Our food came when we had been there for just over an hour which was a long wait for the kids. Once again food was delivered and cleared by other servers before we saw our waitress again. When she brought the bill there was an error so that needed to be corrected as well. We were charged $9 for the kids drinks which should have been included with there meals. Although we didn't have the best experience with our waitress, the food was delicious and we did really enjoy our meals. The kids had cheeseburgers and fries, I had their signature burger and fries and my Mom had mushroom Ravioli.

My siblings and I took our mom here for Mother’s Day! It was really nice to all be together. We got sat at one of the back booths although we asked if we could sit closer to the view of the water (we were told we couldn’t because the reservations made online were based on where the seating was?) We enjoyed our first mimosas which were free- didn’t know that was a thing! We really loved the calamari and the bruschetta. 3 of us ordered the stuffed mushroom burgers which were good but very messy and one order of the mushroom ravioli, which wasn’t amazing, too mushroom heavy in our opinion. Our waitress was really kind, and sweet. Service did feel a little slow overall though although the restaurant didn’t feel overly busy. Overall, we had a nice time with our mom for Mother’s Day. Next years set menu should have a little more variety in terms of main choices!

Service was quite slow for drinks, 2 wines on menu not available, might want to re vamp menu with available items. One wine served last glass to our table so no more available after.

I will never be going back to this restaurant again. We had a reservation for 7pm, were running a bit late. When we called the restaurant to let them kow they informed me I would have to clear my table by 8pm. When we arrived t the restaurant I was told again by the hostess, server and then manager! I have worked as a server and with catering companies for almost 10 years and would NEVER treat a customer like that. I understand that we arrived late and they had a large booking, but that is no way to treat your customers. They immediately made us feel not valued and an inconvienence is comparision to the large party that was spending a great deal of money there. Save yourself the experience and go to any one of the other wonderful restaurants in the area.

The food and area was excellent. Service was very poor. Returned to a parking ticket too. Lot used to be free.
