THE PORT HOUSE
DUBLIN & LONDON
Opened first in 2006 we realised we had something special in our little cave on South William Street in Dublin 2! Twelve months later, we opened another little cave in Temple Bar and our third in a cottage in Dundrum Town’s Centre’s Pembrook District.

After three successful restaurants and seven years of hard work and saving our pocket money, we decided we were grown up enough to hit London in search of fame and fortune down the West End of Covent Garden, where we hope to get a small bit part alongside Jude Law!

In 2019, we were delighted to announce that we opened our fifth location in Camden Street, Dublin 2. Which is an incredibly diverse area that gives us the opportunity to present our tapas, ports and wines with a focus on Cava that does not receive the attention it deserves.

Really nice atmosphere, and we got a corner table that was like. a 'booth.' Great menu, really good service. Lovely meal.

Food amazing as always, only negative to our experience on this visit was that our table was sticky. Everything else was perfect and staff lovely.

Lovely cosy restaurant with lots of variety in the menu from tapas and full portions. Nice atmosphere inside & there’s outdoor dining as well. Went there before cinema so could only stay 1 hour - the service was excellent & food arrived quickly & was delicious. Was too brief - will definitely go back to spend more time sampling different dishes & some of the fine selection of wines. Lots of gluten-free options, including croquettes!

Although we booked for outdoor we were initially seated inside. Despite booking the early bird menu through the app we had to ask for the menus once we were sat. The waitress explained that the early bird was over at 7 but you are able to select early bird at that time through the app. The food was good, tasty etc but we still needed to add a plate to our meal as two tapas per person is not a huge amount. 3 stars for last nights meal, just ok. Tables were sticky :(

Loved the food, great atmosphere and service. Found the menu confusing and difficult to gauge how much to order / size of portions. There has got to be an easier way.

We’ve been here so many times and it’s always just great 😊 Small, tasty dishes with so much to choose from. We sat in the terrace as we find it quieter and brighter. Staff are always so pleasant and smiley 😃
