Waiteress was so rude. And ignore us so many time to take our orders. They ignored us so many times with no asking if we need any help or service.however, they were going other tables and were nice to those were “white” ! Also we had reservation , but they gave us the seat under sun and when we asked can we go to shadow or near the edge of the deck,we were told this is for over 4 ppl however, after we were seated they gave it to other couples! Overall I had a terrible experience and will not return again. !!!

Some construction noise from neighbouring buildings was annoying and the music playing from the bar (in the afternoon) made conversation difficult. The food tasted fine but the portions were small-ish. The servers were lovely and very accommodating!

Service at the door was great, however service at the table was non-existent. We were sat for an hour and a half and our server only came around 4 times, and two of those times was when we had new joiners (she also took a very long time to notice). No presets were given after we ordered chips and guac. Had to ask for it after we were done as I needed to wipe my hands at least. The chips and guac were disappointing and not worth the price. Nor the cali fries. Didn’t even notice our server around at other tables so I’m not sure where she was or what she was doing. Receipts weren’t presented to us, only the total on the tablet, forcing you to pay without actually being able to double check that the bill is right. I’m a restaurant manager myself and always give grace but this entire experience made me tip only 15%

Their stupid policy about needing a reservation forced me to download open table in front of the hostess , make a reservation , and then be let in a moment later. Dumb. Fries are cold, drinks are bad, napkins should always be brought with food. This is basic stuff guys. Be better or be nothing.

Great service and an amazing view of the CN Tower. The margarita bucket is a must try.
