One of my favorite restaurants in town
Amazing service and the patio was perfect!
Never offered dine la menu. Waiter was consistently annoyed.
The night we were there, the staff was nice to seat us where there was less loud music so that is a plus. Unfortunately the computer system was down so that caused a long wait for the bill. The past was fantastic but the braised lamb shank dish was too salty and fatty...very heavy.
Loved it! We sat on the outdoor patio and it was beautiful. I also have to commend the staff as they were all above and beyond fantastic.
This restaurant is a gem. Plain and simple. The food is divine.
Had a great birthday dinner at a beautiful table outside. great friends great food couldn’t ask for anything better
Amazing food and amazing service
The food and atmosphere were both very good. Our waiter disappeared a lot and never asked us if we wanted a drink refill. Not once. Certainly cost the restaurant money that night as well as the extra tip for himself.
Good dating spot
The best Italian food in LA!
Food and service have always been great. Outdoor dining area is great but inside is nice as well. Dined inside once compared to dining outside 5 times. One of my favorite restaurants in LA.
The food is good, but overpriced. Very nice patio area and good service.
Superb food excellent service
Already planning next visit
I just returned from Italy the day before and needed a Good pasta...so I called a friend and we went. The Pomdoro was perfect (as always) and the wine choices by our waiter were right on the mark. Appetizers, dessert and Espresso. Great diner.
The friendliest staff, beautiful ambience dining outdoors, and the food was delicious. Newly one of my favorite restaurants in LA now
Very rude waiter, great food
A wonderful meal. The waitress recommended the chefs tasting and it was delicious and a nice way to taste several things on the menu at a good value.
Very delicious food. Great coffee. Brunch options were varied enough for most people. Not good for vegan and limited vegetarian. Not low cal. But use it as a fantastic cheat day. Service was great, friendly and the right amount of attention without overbearing.
The food and ambiance was amazing!! Not to mention the service was great as well!
Meh. It’s just ok. While the outdoor space is lovely, the food doesn’t match up to the expectations. Pricey and not that great. Meh.
Great food A to Z, in fact my mouth watering as I am writing this review thinking about the food.
One of the top 10 outdoor dining experiences in Los Angeles! Excellent anytime but GO FOR BRUNCH!
The porchetta hash was simply out of this world! One of the best breakfast dishes I have ever had. And the best tasting porchetta I have ever eaten. The service was as good as it gets. We have been to The Ponte many times - this was the best yet. Just when we thought we were finished, the French toast appeared ... out of this world, melts in your mouth delicious.
Can’t wait to come back!
😋💓 can’t wait to come back.
Excellent in every way. Thank you for being so awesome and so close to my apartment
Pasta pomodoro to die for...as well as steak tar tar ( which i do not do often ) this one is amazing.
Branzino is also best ive ever had .
CJ at the bar is the bee’s knees. Great drink master. The pasta pomodoro is amazing
Amazing meal! Best in a long time.
Rock shrimp and sea urchin rigatoni was delicious
Grilled octopus like fresh catch on The Mediterranean
Hamachi crudo was out of this world
From the exquisite service to the incredibly dynamic flavors of each dish - The Ponte has quickly become one of my favorite restaurants in LA and quite possibly one of my favorite Italian restaurants anywhere in the states. The pasta al pomodoro is their signature dish, one that I passed on during my first visit but reveled in on the second, making me wonder if I've never previously known what spaghetti was supposed to taste like. The duck agnolotti...no words. I've been back twice since my first visit in April and each time it gets better. Highly recommend.
The patio at The Ponte is a special spot in Los Angeles. From specialty cocktails or the well-curated wine list to the appetizers, pizzas and especially the pasta pomodorro you cannot go wrong. Everything tastes great, including the focaccia brought to the table to get you started on a great meal in a beautiful atmosphere that can be very busy. Casual Italian elegance done just right.
We came out from NYC for my wife's birthday. Ryan (on the phone) and Alexander (his place) could not have been nicer. The music could have been lower and the food could have been hotter, but delicious nonetheless!
The Ponte never disappoints. The patio is so unique. The food and menu are terrific. Service friendly and management first rate.
We all had fun! Food was great! We are definitely coming back!
We, my husband Dennis and I, were so impressed with the whole place. The staff were kind and friendly and made you feel like you would have no worries for a marvelous evening. We were there to celebrate our 30th anniversary. The food was so delicious and our waiter Kevin was outstanding! Highly recommend going here for any reason. Thank you 'The Ponte' restaurant for making our night so enjoyable!
Not a great experience. Service was very responsive at the tables around us, just not at our table. Food was not bad but not exceptional in any way. The patio is a beautiful place to dine but considering the food and service, don't think I'll be back.
Having visited this restaurant a number of times, I have to be extremely critical of their wine policy. Corkage is $ 40, unfortunately supported by an all Italian wine list, which at best is mediocre and ridiculously overpriced, and left at the discretion of a sommelier more interested in pushing high priced wines. Pricing by the glass is not only overpriced but when you consider you are getting a 5 oz pour, you don’t need to be a math genius to figure out you are getting ripped off. If you are a Chardonnay or Pinot Noir lover you are out of luck. My recommendation pay the corkage fee and bring your favorite wine and do your own pouring !!!
If you have survived the wine experience you should be aware that the restaurant doesn’t serve coffee, rather a shot of espresso and hot water “an americano” in a small cup. No refills, as you need to purchase another americano at $ 6.00 a cup.
Great food and service almost ruined by bad management policy.
Delicious! Order the short ribs and meat ravioli. Finish with the cutest espresso martini!
The Ponte is one of the best restaurants I have EVER been to. Everything was amazing. The ambiance, music, food, & staff. 10/10 would recommend!!
