TThe Polynesian is the ultimate ode to Tiki. Located inside the Pod Times Square Hotel at 400 West 42nd St. The Polynesian offers a 21st century Tiki experience with its elevated cocktails, nostalgic fare and opulent decor. The Polynesian accommodates 200 guests split equally between its indoor space and outdoor terrace, each with its own full-sized bar. The terrace also offers a spectacular panoramic view of the city. We offer a menu of small bites and delicious cocktails. For any questions please email info@thepolynesiantiki.com.

Our operating hours are Sunday-Thursday 1am (Kitchen closes 11pm) & Friday & Saturday 2am (Kitchen closes 12am). Our outdoor terrace closes for the season at the end of September 2019.

Go early if you want faster service and a good table. Food was better before their menu changes but still good. It's really all about the cocktails and ambience! Great for drinks with friends or a quick bite before a play.

This is my 2nd time visiting. The food and drink menu changed so some favorites are gone. For shellfish allergies mostly everything is fried in the same oil so my friend could only eat the fries. The staff was overbearing at times and asked to bus the table before we were done. It wasn't crowded and other groups were not bothered at all. Not a comfortable feeling since we were the only AA there so we won't be back.

Food was excellent, drinks weren’t spectacular, also was a bit overpriced. On the drinks, it may have just been us, my girlfriend and I, but they were either too alcohol heavy or they were too ingredient heavy, no balance. Ambience and theme were great.
