   The totchos were more like tatter tots from a cafeteria with some cheese sprinkles and cilantro. There wasn’t salsa, jalapeños or avocado sauce as described. When I questioned that, it was stated that the recipe has changed recently. The drinks were good, and my friends enjoyed their meals. It was the end of brunch so we weren’t provided much in the way of service. It definitely felt like we were the last diners at the end of everyone’s shift.

   Really enjoyed our dinner with friends on the patio! We had friends visiting from out of town and they loved the atmosphere. Great food and the service was exceptional!! Loved our server, Damia. Not sure if I spelled it correctly, but she was absolutely fantastic!

   Used open table to book and we were seated immediately. We did ask to move as the table was near the door and every time the door was opened a blast of cold air came in. They accommodated the request right away. Service was amazing and the ambience is perfect for a group celebration or a quiet meal. We went for Sunday brunch and started with the loaded Bloody Mary. It tasted like house made and was the perfect combination of seasoning’s. It came with sprigs of prosciutto, cheese and tomatoes and lots of olives. Personally, I prefer mine to come with thick cut crisp bacon. (Order a breakfast shot and you get the bacon!! ;) The table ordered the biscuits and gravy (excellent gravy with lots of sausage… biscuits were tasty and held up great to the sausage), the Monte Cristo (included prosciutto and cheese and the accompanying jam complimented it perfectly), breakfast burrito (which was delicious and included chorizo … and when the side of sausage gravy was added was out of this world good) and lastly the eggs Benedict with the house smoked salmon (egg was perfectly poached and the smoked salmon was delicious. Would have been a five for five if there was a touch more hollandaise as the English muffin was a touch drier than I prefer). Would go back for the food and will def go back for drinks on the patio when the weather cooperates.

   Dining on the patio at The Point is always an enjoyable experience. The splashing fountain is pleasant background music to conversations with friends and family. The food is delicious and the wait staff are friendly.

   We were disappointed this time & the time before. The consistency of taste & presentation is always different. Example, the bloody marys were awful, watered down, way too heavy on salts & had a very bitter taste. We know for a fact it was not made with Titos which we ordered. However it was so busy, we didnt see the server & continued to drink them. The server did apologize as they were hit with a busy crowd & a couple of parties. Food, again not consistent in taste or presentation. 1. The biscuits & gravy which usually come in a bowl to keep them warm, topped with lots of goodies, came on a huge dinner plate with only 3 halves, 2" small biscuits & only a drizzle of gravy. We were shocked when we saw it, asked the bus boy for more gravy but it only made the tiny hard cold biscuits worse. 2. The chicken sandwiches were completely different with very small thin breasts & flavor was Not there at all. 3. The club had all items on only half of the sandwich the other half had tiny piece of lettuce/tomato & mayo, The bread was toasted & must of sat in the back as it was hard as a rock, and basically cutting the roof of your mouth with every bite. Our meal took almost an hour to get to our table. We were hungry & we pretty much just wanting to move on. It's very sad as this has been our favorite go to place, & before yesterday we thought our last visit was a fluke. But after talking with other friends & family last night at dinner, letting us know they too feel the drinks & food have been very inconsistent the last few months; we might have to find a new go to place. Our hopes is that the owner & managers see this as an opportunity to rectify an on going problem to make this a great place again.

    I cannot recommend The Point highly enough! Every single thing we ordered was flavorful, balanced & high quality. I am a chef myself & quite picky, and I could not find a single flaw. Steak was cooked perfectly, salad dressed to perfection, every detail on point. It is obvious that love and care has been put into this menu. The service was also absolutely impeccable. Everyone was kind and helpful, and no one seemed stressed or unhappy to be there, which leads me to believe that the staff is being treated well. 100 out of 10, we will be back, and I'll be sending everyone I know to enjoy The Point! Thank you for a wonderful Valentine's Day experience.

    This was family dinner night me and my two kids decided to try this restaurant very nice decor the vibe was alive the food was excellent and I was very surprised the price was quite reasonable!!! Plan on coming back in the future!!!

    Was smooth and prompt. Arrived 10 minutes early and our table was set. We had patio seating and it was warm, intimate, and you wouldn’t know it was raining. The only odd thing was how a small group (4) almost took our table as the waitress began to seat us. Very awkward as they were allowed in without reservations? Otherwise a great evening.

    Service at table: Did their best, not sure if it’s poorly managed or disorganized, but server was doing their best. Service at bar: Rude, unhelpful, could of ruined the night. Food: Very good, 4/5 plates were well received.

    We were able to make same-day reservations - this was a plus. The restaurant was not too crowded when we walked in. I was not impressed with the hostesses - they didn’t seem to care that guests had shown up, and didn’t say much as we were seated. Our waiter, however, was amazing. My husband asked for a glass of wine, and the waiter said he thought they might be out of that selection. He said he would bring a couple options for tasting so my husband could choose. This was very accommodating. While ordering one of the fish dishes, my husband asked for a substitute on one of the side dishes because of an allergy, and the waiter suggested a couple of different sides to go with the fish dish as a substitute. We thoroughly appreciated the waiters attentiveness to our table and desire to make our experience a good one.

    Ambiance amazing, drinks delicious, desserts the first I didn’t like the second chefs kiss, overall will go again definitely recommend it. A bit on the pricey side however you won’t regret it splurge on yourself! 😌😌😌

    We had reservations. We arrived about 20 minutes early. The place was empty but they still made us wait for our reservation time. Thought that was odd. Service was good. Everyone was friendly.T he food was good but not great. On the moderately pricey side, i.e. not outrageous, but can find equal food for less. The atmosphere is so-so. It's not "comfortable", per se. Outside seating is nice. Would I go again? Sure but it wouldn't be my first choice.

    We went for Easter Brunch and we had 4 last minute guests and they were able to accommodate us, an hour later than our original reservation but they didn’t hesitate to make it work for our family. The food was great and we sat outside on the patio...a gorgeous spring morning. We loved it.

    The staff was very friendly but it took too long for them to come check on us out on the patio. Whenever they did come out, they did go all out to try to make our dinner comfortable cause all of the heaters weren’t working but then they just disappeared again. The food was bland. I’ll try it again because the setting is nice. I hope to have a better experience next time. Crossing my fingers. So... in bullet form: - the food is bland -the staff is friendly -the staff means well but they forget to check outside. -management should periodically check on the propane and heaters outside. It is a “Patio bar” after all.

    We booked a reservation on Open Table. When we arrived at the restaurant we were told that they forgot to look at the Open Table reservations and had no room for us on the patio. When we asked them about a table inside we were told that they had a waitlist going so it would be a while. They absolutely do not care about their customers or providing good service.

    We wanted to try a new restaurant for our anniversary and this seemed like a good choice. The hostess seated us immediately, our server was excellent and the food was delicious. After one visit my wife and I agreed that we now have a new favorite spot!

    Excellent patio atmosphere; they have misters and a nice water feature for ambiance. The asparagus jalapeño soup is highly recommended. Very friendly staff.

    First time at The Point. Chose seasonal menu items. We started with the brussels sprouts appetizer which was delicious. My son had the shrimp tacos and they were excellent and just the right amount of spice kick. I had the grilled chicken and avocado sandwich with sweet potato fries. Yum, yum. Food a little slow to arrive but we enjoyed the atmosphere and there was a baseball game on the t.v.

    Impressed with food quality and service. Will eat in fantastic patio next visit. The menu is diverse as is the seating. Seems as though they're trying to be all things to all people. Doesn't hurt them though. Fun place, good outdoor ambience, friendly service.
