The server didn’t know the menu. He had to go ask twice to get an answer to the same question. My wife’s food came out first and I was told me food would be out shortly. I waited and waited only for my lobster bisque to come out cold. I asked for it to be hot. I waited and waited. By this time my wife is now done with her meal. I still haven’t received my soup. No apology from any manager. I felt like it was a big fat f-u to me and don’t come back. So, I won’t.

Great service and server, only issue was the women’s restroom. It was unkept and two bathrooms were Out Of Order

My husband and I went to The Point for paint your pet night with TC Studios. We arrived an hour and a half early so we could eat and grab some drinks before painting. I ordered the “ It takes two to mango”to drink and it was really tasty! The bartenders were friendly and the food was good. We will definitely come again.

The food came out incredible fast and it was very fresh.

Josh is thee absolute BEST! Every time I go to the The Point, he’s as energetic as the very time first I met him. He makes the dining experience 10x better!

Our waitress was Sophia and she was excellent! We attended the point for my girlfriends birthday and Sophia catered to every need we had with no hesitation. 10/10 service with a smile! she needs a raise lol!

Dinner was delicious and H, the server/bartender is absolutely wonderful! Great service and fabulous food.

Food was very subpar - the service from our server was the only positive thing about the visit.

I booked through this website and when we arrived they looked confused. Our hostess sat us down and once we met our waitress, she informed us the kitchen wasn't open until 40 mins later and that they shouldn't have allowed us to book. It was fine, we ordered drinks while waiting. However, they were out of ingredients for the first two drinks that I ordered lol. Food was delicious aside from my steak being well done when I asked for medium. Regardless, our waitress tried and we gave her a beautiful tip. They are working out kinks it seems and it's not always their faults. Would try again for a better experience.

Wanted to try The point, per the waitress and the hostess, open table double booked soo there wasn’t a table available for us. Full disclosure we were early, soo I called to make sure it would be ok, the representative that answered said yes “come on down.” Well according to the hostess “that wasn’t true” she then said “how long will you be at the table?” 🤷🏾‍♀️ I mean you work here how long did it take you to serve people. She then says “we’ll make out work.” Only for the server to then come by and say “ let’s get your orders in so you can enjoy your food “ Ummm, we’ve never been here before. We ended up leaving and going else where. Hopefully they’ll work out their reservation kinks for future visits.

First time here. Our server was good. Our drinks were good. They were out of salmon, out of Flats when it came to wings. Crab dip was good. Ordered a burger well done which was med-med well pink throughout. Don't know if I'm willing to give them another try.

My family and I love coming to the Point for brunch, we were a little concerned with two people who seated a little close to us. Everything else was great, our server did a fantastic job.

We loved the food but our table could have been better. The tables towards the end of the dining area could use some art or more light fixtures. The rest of the restaurant definitely has better ambiance. Overall, food and drinks were awesome but we will def do bar or high top next time.

we went for my son’s birthday and no mention and the music was very loud , the waitress couldn’t hear our order and she didn’t place my wife’s order . The other dinner’s came out and didn’t even realize there was no food in front of her, when we asked we found out she didn’t hear us and delayed us by 30minutes. i guess everything was resolved but kinda a uncomfortable situation. the food was great and everything else was ok

Wet delicious food. Staff very friendly. Waiter was nice but a little forgetful.

The food was terrible. The eggs and steak was not cooked correctly and the Orange Juice was watered down. The restaurant itself was nice and the decor was good but the food was so bad we will not be back.

Brunch was good. Food was goo. Servers were really nice.

We came for Sunday brunch. There was a strong odor of bad/old seafood that filled the main dining space (indoor with bar area). Multiple patrons at various tables spoke of lingering odor but wait staff said nothing and tried acting like there was no smell. We went to host and requested a table change to something near window. Several tables were available closer to front but host declined request saying they were reserved.

We were here two weeks prior with a party of 5 and the service was great and food pretty good. This time we had a party of 6 and the food was excellent but service was TERRIBLE. The waiter never came to check on us, we always had to call him over to request a drink, napkins, etc. it seemed like they needed to hire more staff. Our waiter only seemed to have us and one other table, but was also acting as the bartender and stayed there most of the time. He also had a bad attitude and when he wasn’t bartending felt the need to talk about patrons with another employee.

Overall I don’t think we will be back. The food was not good enough to get past the bad service experience.

Service was amazing. Food was not. Some things were flavorless, some were burnt. Drinks were great. Tables were spaced well. Front doors were kept open which is good for not recycling air, but bad because of smokers

the Severn River Band was great!

The food is always delicious. I have had issues with the temperature of my food more than once. This most recent visit there was no hostess so My reservation was pointless. The Bartender did an excellent handling the situation. I would recommend this restaurant.

We had a great time. Loved the live music and the food was sooooo good.

There was live music so that's why I rated the noise level that high but the music was great. Went for brunch and the service, menu and wait time was awesome. Will be returning on a regular basis.

Made a reservation the night before and the place was closed when we arrived after driving 45 minutes. That’s horrible customer service to me.
