Booked for my son's 17th birthday. The website implies a much nicer venue and menu I'm afraid. We were seen and seated straight away and menus given and food orders taken quickly etc however I felt that the pub didn't have any ambiance and was on a main road. When the food came which was prompt, I was disappointed with the prawn curry, 5 prawns, and a runny liquid sauce which was not a curry sauce, it was basic at best. Chicken Caesar salad was better, tikka masala and lamb curry were apparently OK but small portions. Plain steamed rice was nice but served in a dessert bowl. I'm afraid I wouldn't recommend this pub.

We had a amazing time with good food and groovy music, danced to Bollywood tunes till our feet felt numb. I wish the service was bit faster, nevertheless the food was delicious and they have a kid friendly menu too.

Great food, very tasty, although somewhat overpriced the portion of the mix grill is smaller than expected, we paid £28 thinking it would be enough for 4 people but would be more suitable for 2/3 people. Good atmosphere and friendly staff although not always attentive.

Food was expensive and not what I would call this a gastro pub! The burger was bland and uninspiring. The cappuccino was not even close just a basic coffee but nice and strong. Not recommended at all.

Great ambiance and music. Descent collection of beer and location is great. but food quality needs improvement we ordered chicken lollipops which had smell of old oil or some old reused oil. I would only go there for drink not for food

Hello! We usually receive great feedback from customers but, we understand these aren’t to everyones liking. I must insist about the "old oil" as you mentioned as I can assure that it is changed regularly and, if possible is more often than normal.

From the moment we walked in the staff seemed disinterested. We were pointed to a table in the corner from the doorway. We waited 20 minutes to place our order and this is only because we had to go to the bar to ask someone to take our order. 45 minutes later we asked a staff member if we had been forgotten....the waiter did not return. Another 25 minutes passed before we had to strongly request our food. 10 minutes later our food arrived in three separate deliveries. The food was lukewarm, uninspiring and in small portions. The staff and the majority of the clientele were of Asian origin. I do i hope that as the five of us are a mixture of Caribbean and white European origin we weren't disadvantaged because of our ethnicity but this is how it seemed. The pub was busy and had a good atmosphere but surely no excuse for absolutely terrible customer service.
