   Once again, a faultless meal at the Plough. The setting is lovely and the food and service are on another level.

   Quite pricey but good standard food. The table we were allocated was close to the door and was uncomfortable when the door opened being 3C outside. A little noisy but ok. Good parking across the road. Friendly staff.

   Another fantastic meal at the Plough. Everything about it was absolutely spot on and made for a very enjoyable evening. We've already booked our next visit.

   As we’ve come to expect dining at The Plough is a great experience. A small but top-class menu with excellent mainly locally sourced ingredients turned into delicious dishes. Good wine list, fairly priced and at present times sensible limit on numbers to avoid overcrowding.

   Our first visit - but definitely NOT our last! Matt and Ivonne have created a fabulous local pub; great food, great beer, and a genuine, personal feeling of being welcomed. We loved everything about The Plough, and speaking to Matt, respected and appreciated their philosophy as well. They are focused on quality, not quantity, ploughing (no pun intended!) their own furrow and leaving other establishments to do what they want to do. So a small choice of dishes, but from what I could see, of the highest quality and cooked to perfection (my ribeye beef melted in the mouth!), and good local ales, kept and poured to perfection. But more then that, The Plough reminds you how good visiting a country pub used to be - no TV’s showing football, no piped muzack, no fruit machines, no gimmicks. Thanks Matt we look forward to seeing you again very soon.

   Very nice village pub. The food is good but not a lot of choice. I would have given it a five star if there was more choice. The landlord was very attentive. The food was freshly prepared and hot when it arrived at the table. I would recommend it to anyone.

    We liked The Plough very much - the hosts were very friendly, the food very good (one of the group who doesn’t really eat fish said that the fish and chips were the best he’d had). The beer options were excellent. One criticism would be that the menu had a lot of fish and only one (expensive) non-fish dish; a rib-eye steak. That said, for fish lovers, the menu was varied and delightful. Certainly The Plough offers something different and welcome in this area. I wish them every success - we shall return!
