The Pines Modern Steakhouse Ratings and Reviews
Have always enjoyed dinner at the pines. Food is excellent for dinner. Tried the brunch Nov. 26 and it was the worse overall. I don't know what good are your surveys if nothing is done. Nonetheless, I will always recommend the dinner and will continue to go for special occasions.
The steaks are exceptionally good. The service was outstanding. The servers make you feel special. They checked with us frequently to see if we needed anything. The desserts are soooo wonderful. In fact, we got ours to go. I received a coupon for the dinner. I hope I get another one. It is a real luxury to have dinner at The Pines Modern Steakhouse. The steaks are so tender. We truly enjoyed our dinner.
Beautiful ~ Relaxing ~ Live Entertainment ~ Amazing Food with very attentive Service. Would recommend Steak.Lobster Bisque soup & delish Ny Cheesecake 🎉
3rd visit this year every time we try something new, nothing disappoints. Looking forward to returning in the new year!
Had a Caesar's salad which was dry with almost no dressing in it. looked like the lettuce was already cut and put away in the fridge for a long time. almost wilted...
Filet mignon; not bad, tender and tasty meat.
However, baked potato; not cooked enough, almost raw...
For what it cost to have a decent dinner, one would expect a little more in their plate with some sort of cooked vegetable on the side...
The food was very good the service was fast and efficient the prices were a little high but the flavors were well worth it the double Porkchop braised was delicious as well as the goat cheese and baby beat salad was a little put off by the waiter as he did not smile or thank us at the end of the evening
Harrison the bartender/waiter messed up our appetizer and did not take ownership of his mistake or apologize. After multiple attempts of notifying different staff. A very nice elderly man with glasses took care of us. Harrison seemed discriminatory towards certain race, he didn’t come by to check on us, sent someone else to give us the bill, and came back to take the bill when we paid. Girls at front desk also unprofessional chatting with a group of employees and talking to guest in a rude and condescending manor. These bad employees ruin a good experience and reputation of the restaurant.
so, it was a special occasion and we where looking for some great food . boy , did we find it. but first, i need to mention our server Ashley. Pretty, charming, warm, and knowledgeable. she picked a perfect drink for everyone at the table that accompanied each plate. and desert. i will come back to have her serve us.
long bone rib eye , veil, turkey, filet minion, mac and cheese loaded potatoes, and deserts deserts deserts. ill be back for more, for sure.
Great restaurant with a fantastic staff. The food was excellent, great bottle of wine (Newtons unfiltered Cabernet 2014). The management here really know how to run a first class restaurant. 2nd time here and hopefully many more to come. 30 minutes from Ontario Airport or 60 minutes from Palm Springs.
Food was good, but we had a RSVP & they tried to stick us in the first table by the front door & the restaurant was almost empty. They made a big deal about going back up tp the front to see if there was another table available. They seated us at another table. If they had not we would have walked out.
The best thing was they followed my reservation instructions perfectly. I wanted to sit as far away from the music as I could and they did just that. The staff is wonderful. The food is great. It is however located inside of a casino. I try to get there a couple times a year.
