The Pines food is outstanding, fresh, flavored/seasoned well, hot food is hot and cold food is cold, variety is less than typical buffets but the quality more than makes up having less items. The prime rib is awesome, cooked rare to medium rare. however they will slice a piece, take it to the kitchen and cook it more for those who like medium to well done, and it is still tender. I will continue to make the hour drive for food this good.

Great servers! I came on Valentine’s Day, My dinner reservation was at 9:45 and my date and I were late because we had troubles finding the casino and restaurant, so I called the restaurant and talked to the manager. I told the manager we were going to be a few minutes late ( after hours) and he kindly told me it was okay we will stay open for you “ It’s your special day we understand” I showed up at 10:15 the host galdy accepted us in and and our great server Steven took well great care of us. Steven was the best server I had ever had great guy! My girlfriend and I appreciate you guys and we will definitely be back soon . Thank you staff!!

Our favorite restaurant. The food is simply delicious and the service is impeccable. Once you are behind the glass walls, you would never know you are in a casino. The decor is modern elegance and romantic. They have wonderful signature cocktails and a good wine list. The food is truly 5 star. I usually order seafood and love the miso Chilean sea bass. My husband usually has a steak and being a steak house, of course their meats are exceptional. Decadent desserts as well. A little pricey, but well worth it!

Always wonderful. The dishes are always great and the servers are tops. They always have some very nice musicians playing, at least in the evenings. The desserts are to die for and made in house.

The only negative is the proximity to the loud slots and frenzy outside the doors!

The food was great. Is not our first time there but we had to do a reservation due to lots of people wanting to eat there. (Must be a reazon)
The waitresses so friendly bilingual staff.
Great service.

Made reservations to celebrate my husband's birthday. The food was great as it had been a previous visit, and the service was very personal and on point. The greatest highlight was the personally signed card noting different pieces of conversation we had with all who attended our table! Unusual and very touching! My husband appreciated that very much! We'll definitely be back!

The food was amazing!!! I had chicken and my friend had steak. Both delicious! Large proportions. We shared our sides of mac and cheese and mashed potatoes...we were stuffed... no room for desert... will be going back.

The service was wonderful. They made us feel very welcome and saw to our every need. Our steak was delicious but we had to send it back as it was a little rare. Other than that everything was great. We really enjoy having dinner at the restaurant. It is a real treat.

The service by Ashley was outstanding. The salads were good and the lobster bisque and butternut squash soup were excellent. For dessert try the creme brulee or the raspberry tart. Both serve two people easily. A talented, jazz-oriented duo was playing the night we visited. This is a nice local steakhouse at which to celebrate a special occasion. The only downside is you must navigate the casino in order to reach the restaurant. We plan on returning.

We love The Pines...the food is just fabulous and the service is ok. We had brunch for the first time here Sunday...it was great...my only negative comment is the dessert....they need better ones....

This is by far the best service I have ever received anywhere. The food arrives when you want it to and the courses are well balanced. Staff was courteous and welcoming it's clear they take pride in their work. The drink list is amazing with lots of options definetely recommend the bourbon s for those who enjoy. They made our anniversary a truly special occasion. Can't say enough good things.

Ordered the seafood tower and steak. Lobster was way over cooked. Redid it but still over cooked but better than before. Steak was also over cooked. The service from the Italian manager made up for all the hiccups. Will give it another try.

The food was excellent. Service was real bad. Our waitress was not experienced as a waitress. She forgot our plates twice. Forgot to give us our drinks. Just bad service overall. If it wasn't for the bus"lady" who saved the day. I wanted to give tip to buslady and not waitress. So no, I would not recommend...I would have to say service is lousy...but food was excellent.

We frequent the restaurant and service was slow. Busier than we’re used to seeing it, but appeared to have plenty of servers, not sure why so long in between service for drinks, appetizers and dinner.

Lobster bisque soup is very tasty. You can really taste the freshness of the lobster and it’s not too creamy just right.

Ordered the rib eye steak with bone-in and it was delicious. A little bit pricey but it’s sooo good.

Service was excellent. Taylor was very nice and we liked his sense of humor. He was funny -a great guy. Jacob too our server.

Food was delicious, my steak was cooked to perfection and the creamed corn was amazing. Our server was friendly, informative, and checked on us often to make sure we were satisfied. The live entertainment brought a unique but positive element to my dining experience. And a special Thank You to The Pines supervisor Amanda and sous chef Tony for making my time there one I won’t forget.

Phenomenal service! Food never fails. The best quality steaks and seafood. Always impressed by the service which is very knowledgeable and almost customizable to your liking. Alex was a wonderful server.
