The restaurant staff was very attentive and checked on us frequently. The steak was cooked perfectly and my husband's fish dish was very good. We thoroughly enjoyed the evening at The Pines.
First time here and was very impressed.
Filet steak was excellent, and my husband
Ordered the prime rib he was very happy.
We will definitely be back.
first if all you have me down as not showing up. I modified my reservations from 8:30 to 9pm
on 4/12 and it was confirmed. I dined at Pines as planned therefore I should receive points for this.
I have dined at The Pines many, many times and not once have I been disappointed. Service is always excellent and the food is great along with the atmosphere and I think their live entertainment for weekend brunch and dinner is so relaxing and the choice of music and singing is just excellent.
This time I ordered a few take-outs and this once they forgot to give me my sauteed mushrooms.
I personally don't care much for the casino but the restaurant is a pleasant surprise. The menu is good though not extensive. Polite waitstaff. The decor could use a revamp but overall I can't complain.
We have wanted to try the Sunday Brunch and the time became available to us along with your discount for me being a playing card holder. We found the selection not as large as other casinos BUT the quality was outstanding along with ALL of the staff. My wife and I were impressed, and she is very hard to please. I will recommend your Sunday Brunch to friends and family.
Thank you for a very nice Sunday morning.
Excellent food and service, I highly recommend the restaurant!!
The service was very friendly but at times delayed, however attention to detail was noticed and appreciated. A suggestion...the takeout box for individual dessert was too big and rolled around before getting home—wrap it with coushining. 🙂🙃🙂🙃🙂
This was our third time at The Pines for Sunday Brunch, but it had been almost a year since our last visit. The food quality and selection were not as great as we previously experienced. Service was great, as always. Hoping it was an “off” day — we’ve recently attended two of The Pines’ tasting dinners and felt the food ranked right up there with the best we’d ever had.
Ordered the half tail lobster. Was served over cooked. Also ordered the bone in filet mignon, medium rare. But was served medium well. Other appetizers were good.
Very pricey but the food was well prepared, presented well and worth the wait. The servers were very attentive but didn't hover.
The water glasses were filled from a bottle but I'm pretty sure the bottle was filled somewhere in the kitchen. It was filtered water but I'm doubtful it came from a sealed bottle.
I'd go back if I had the extra money. Two people - ribeye steak and pasta w/ shrimp and mussels,
one appetizer, two sides and a Coke = $110.00
This is one of our favorite restaurants. Although in a casino it doesn’t feel like that’s where we are because of the ambiance. The staff is always friendly and the food is excellent.
Ashley is a exceptional server. First time brunch. It was more like a high end dinner, serve yourself. The decor was very nice. I would recommend it to anyone that appreciates fine dining and a great environment. One thing, guests should be required to wear semi casual attire. No shorts, flip flops, or t shirts.
Sunday brunch , to me, was always a classy occasion. Especially in a place like the Pines.
Our waiter Alex was the best! Very attentive and accommodating.
Excellent meal had by all. The Sea Bass and Filet Mignon were particularly good. I like the fact you don't feel rushed, this is about a fine dining experience, not fast table turnover, so don't expect a quick meal. The Risotto was on the cold side for my wife and sister-in-law, and they went out of their way to make them happy even though we told them it wasn't necessary. Service was on par for an upscale restaurant. Here's a tip, make sure you have reservations, especially on the weekend, and if you like to valet park, on Friday and Saturday night it can take about 10-15 mins, so make sure your early. We'll be back.
It was great !!! We took my 85 year old mother for her birthday , she loved the French onion soup and the prime rib !! The staff signed a birthday card for her and she was thrilled !!
Every meal at The Pines, dinner or Sunday brunch, is made special by the Pines team. From the moment you walk in, they make you feel special. The menu and food keeps getting better. We had bone-in ribeye and garlic sautéed crab legs. Each was cooked to our desired specifications. There were so many tempting side dishes to choose from that we ordered four: mac-n-cheese, creamed spinach, sweet potato purée, and honey glazed carrots. In passing, there was a mention by our party of liking chocolate chip cookies and by dessert time, chef Tony came out with a plate of freshly baked cookies? Who does that? The amazing and attentive staff at the Pines that's who! Our server Victoria was very knowledgeable and expertly guided us through the menu. Managers Frank and Paulo were very attentive. But when chef Tony appeared with cookies... wow! I strongly recommend the Pines Steakhouse. Thanks Pines Team!
Fine Service, Great Valued Food, Not alike Casino Restaurant,
Great service , nice music , clean place, definitely I enjoyed.
Excellent food and service. The live entertainment was excellent.
Went for a Birthday meal, but will return for other occasions.
They pride themselves on aged beef-and was certainly that...but honestly I think my piece had gone around the bend. It was a lot of money for a marginal meal.
Dinner for 3 on a Thursday, not busy. Salad order was wrong. Had to ask about the appetizer after the soups/salads were delivered. Brought a wrong side dish. Different starch on plate from what was described on menu. Received diet soda not reg soda. A $200 dinner lol.
I have not Ben there since November and I was so disappointed! The food is not the same! Although the service is amazing the food is just not as good as it use to be. I asked for a medium rare steak and received a well done steak. They made it right the second time and took it off my bill but I’d rather get it right the first time! The sides were cold and the worst part of this experience was no more banana fosters! Please bring it back!
The customer service was excellent. My food was good but unfortunately my boyfriends was not but they were very accommodating!
Could not ask for better service, both from the waitress and the attendant that made sure our water was full and bread was on the table. Kudos to you both for making my wife's birthday special.
I have been to the Pines several times and each time has been a pleasant experience. My brother and I had a very nice meal earlier this week. However, we each ordered Ribeye's and his was a lot more juicy. Mine was good, but his was better. It happens and I did not inform the waitress so We had a great waitress by the name of Victoria......we had a problem with coming up with a tip for her and she did not treat us any differently than anyone else. We knew before we ate that the tip was going to be a problem, but she was very sweet about it. We left her with $15.00 and shortly after we left the restaurant, I hit a little jackpot and was able to give her an additional $25.00. She was very sweet and treated us with such class. She is an asset to your restaurant.
As always it was a great evening. It never ceases to amaze me but the food gets better each time.
Waiter was excellent. Food was great.
First time for us and will return. Food was delicious and server very attentive and friendly.
Best Steak ever!
Liked the service. We were stuck in traffic ,called them and they delayed our reservation for 30 minutes no problem...
Service and food were both excellent! Best place to go in the region for fine dining!!!
The food we ordered is done in perfection. Very pleasing presentation of food. The server is well knowledgeable about the menu. Very friendly staff.
Our server did a wonderful job!
Music was fantastic
Meal was fabulous
We will be back!
A great dining experience yet again. But, if you are checking out the menu on this site, it's not quite the same as the menu in the restaurant. I thought they had brought back my favorite meal and sadly they hadn't. Changed up the bread they served at the beginning of the meal. Loved it! Will have to decide bread or dessert next time. Not enough room for both, so skipped dessert. Service was excellent.
Very nice place....Went for my birthday celebration!! 6 of us. We enjoyed appetizers, drinks and Bone in Filets. The bill was a bit higher than expected ($875) but it was good food. The waiter wasn’t the quality I expected at a high end place like this!!
We had to ask for things a couple times and when we ordered coffee, 2 of the Cappuccino were ice cold.
A little issue with the bill also (over charged us about $40) but we did not want to raise a stink as we were celebrating.
Overall a nice place and good food.
The customer service is really great!!!
The only problem is waiting sooooo long for food to arrive once it's ordered. Every single time we have been at the Pines, it's been a minimum of 30 minutes or more waiting for food.
Everything during our dinner was perfect. Our service was great. I ordered a Ribeye, and my brother ordered the buffalo cauliflower. We also had the calamari as an appetizer. Everything was made to perfection. I would highly recommend this restaurant to everyone. In fact I already have. It is a beautiful restaurant and give you a Vegas feel forcing you to forget you are in the inland empire.
Within the past 6 months, we've been to the Pines for two birthdays and a late Valentine's date night.. The food is great (especially the steaks), the servers and staff make you feel special and the live music is mellow and sets the mood of a nice date night. With the activity of gambling just outside the door, we can say it's become our favorite restaurant of late.
