We decided to try The Pig & The Sprout for our Valentines getaway. The service was wonderful and the food...delicious. Such a great ambience. Everyone should try!
I had been previously with a friend and came back with my (adult) children for my birthday. Great experience both times, and this is a perfect place if you have enthusiastic vegetarians and carnivores. Everyone loved their food.
Service and ambience was excellent, good variety of food for everyone in our party!
We were sat in the corner booth right under the music speakers. Couldn’t hear one another talk. Then a group came and decided to stand at the bar and filled into our booth making getting out to the bathroom difficult.
Food came out slowly, took forever to get refills on drinks and to order more food. Our reservation was at 11:45 and we didn’t order until 12:30ish. Waffles came without syrup, by the time we flagged waitress down to ask food was cold.
All in all nothing egregious or that terrible, but definitely not worth the $120 brunch for 4 people to leave unsatisfied and frustrated.
Food was delicious but waiter was so inattentive that’s we ended up leaving hungry. He took our menu after we ordered apps so we did not have the option to even order dinner or drinks. Other reviews said it was great and the food was just our service was horrid.
Great service and food. Reservations was easy too. Matt the manager was a great guy and was helpful and friendly
Food was great and our server was very courteous and friendly, with great personality. Will definitely go back!
Service was soooo sloooowwww
I love this place. Great music, food, and ambiance. The Green Chile Poutine is amazing! Bottomless mimosas are good value here too. Definitely recommend!
Had a New Year’s Eve dinner with a party of 4. Felt more like a bar atmosphere than a restaurant. Table was by a window and it was a bit chilly! Food and service was good.
Amazing food, service & ambiance. This place was so delicious- everything from the drinks, to the sandwiches to the kids meals- perfection! Also- it is kept very clean!! I will definitely be coming back here.
Waitress was very friendly and sweet! Food was great!
MATT WAS AMAZING!!!!
Best manager ever!
This place was absolutely amazing!!!! Service was on spot, food was so freaking good and the environment was calm and collected. Seriously this is now a Top 3 for brunch
Had a great night with my parents!
Great atmosphere and the food is amazing! Small plates that are great for sharing.
The food was amazing but the service was slow from a server perspective. Once ordered, the food came quickly and was nice and hot.
Excellent brunch spot, modern and casual, decently priced. Bottomless mimosa not only a great deal, but were actually good! We loved all the food, fresh donut holes are amazing! Chicken & waffles = bomb. It's cool that half the menu is more vegetarian oriented, my wife tried the ancient grain bowl and it was wonderful as well. Great location, right next to Union Station, make a day out of it! We can't wait to come back to this spot soon.
Amazing food! Definitely try the Brussels sprouts.
Good all around place. The food is good, the “house rules” are hilarious, and the customer service is amazing. Diverse menu that provides options for both meat eaters and vegetarians - so it’s sure to please.
My friend mike showed me a great time! :)
Best Brussel Sprouts!!! EVER!
Cordon Blu Sandwich & Pulled Pork Sandwich were just OK. Burger was great. Definitely get the Brussel Sprouts!
Great meal, Brussels sprouts highly recommended!! Super shout out to JJ, server, great attending to me + friend, couldn't have asked for better service!
We love the table in the corner for 5 or 6 people! Everyone can see and hear each other. Great food and service.
Make sure that you notice that it is Pigs AND a blanket not in a blanket.
I was very disappointed in the food. The service from the bar was horrible. One of the managers kept apologizing. We asked that not all the shared foods come out at once, and they did.
Pig and Sprout is a go to - It has something for every kind of eater. My only concern is their food labels - They had one of their dishes labeled V on one (day) menu and VG on their brunch menu.
Entrées were lukewarm and The server forgot to ring in one of our entrées. The bottle of wine we ordered from the wine list was not available.
By the time the final entrée arrived everyone else had finished eating. The manager took that entrée off the bill but that’s the least they could’ve done.
One and done for this Restaurant as we won’t be going back. There are just too many options available in Denver to live with mediocrity.
Great service and great food!
We have wanted to come here for brunch for a long time, and we finally had the chance when we were in the area for the last Rockies game. They were busy, but not crazy. Food was good, just lacking that "wow" factor that we were expecting after hearing comments from friends that had already been here.
Great food and we were seated right away. Loved the dinner menu. Service was fantastic. Drink menu was really nice, too. We liked it so much that we went back for brunch the next day!
This was a last minute dinner out and first time trying this restaurant. Service was outstanding and food was delicious. Casual atmosphere and diverse menu of both meat and vegetarian/ Pescatarian choices. Great for groups. We will go back again!
The food was good. Enjoyed the bottomless Mimosas. Only complaint is that the food was a bit slow coming out and our waiter was not great about checking on us. It was a busy Sunday brunch. First home Bronco game for the season and he was a tad frazzled. That was a little disappointing as we were entertaining clients from out of town. Otherwise, good spot.
Great food. Every one was really happy with everything we had. Bacon candy, pork chops, rack of ribs all great:)
We stopped at The Pig & Sprout before boarding our return flight out of Denver International Airport. This place is located within 5 minutes walking distance to the transit that takes you to the airport.
Now, for the food and accommodations -
The quality of food was amazing. The options they have make your eyes peer over the menu long before deciding on something. The balance of choices was amazing, and the Smoked Trout bagel I ate was delicious.
Our server was incredibly nice and always made sure we had what we needed. Our party took advantage of the bottomless mimosas deal, and they were diligent about keeping our glasses full as well.
Overall, this is the first place I would stop if I ever returned to Denver. All around 5 stars.
It can’t get a little busy during rush hour eating times but the food is great and there is always something for everybody.
Understaffed on a holiday weekend? FoH Staff friendly and attentive, but it should not take 1.5 hours to get food at 11:30am on a sunday. anticipate the rush, and staff appropriately.
Want a great pre Rockies game experience !
Amazing place. Chicken. And. Waffles. You can’t go wrong.
Trendy, hip spot in downtown Denver. Great atmosphere but it was quite loud sitting next to the bar at a high top table. Food was excellent and great service from out wait staff. Loved how they offered options for vegetarians too.
