Great atmosphere and the food is amazing! Small plates that are great for sharing.
The food was amazing but the service was slow from a server perspective. Once ordered, the food came quickly and was nice and hot.
Excellent brunch spot, modern and casual, decently priced. Bottomless mimosa not only a great deal, but were actually good! We loved all the food, fresh donut holes are amazing! Chicken & waffles = bomb. It's cool that half the menu is more vegetarian oriented, my wife tried the ancient grain bowl and it was wonderful as well. Great location, right next to Union Station, make a day out of it! We can't wait to come back to this spot soon.
Amazing food! Definitely try the Brussels sprouts.
Good all around place. The food is good, the “house rules” are hilarious, and the customer service is amazing. Diverse menu that provides options for both meat eaters and vegetarians - so it’s sure to please.
My friend mike showed me a great time! :)
Best Brussel Sprouts!!! EVER!
Cordon Blu Sandwich & Pulled Pork Sandwich were just OK. Burger was great. Definitely get the Brussel Sprouts!
Great meal, Brussels sprouts highly recommended!! Super shout out to JJ, server, great attending to me + friend, couldn't have asked for better service!
We love the table in the corner for 5 or 6 people! Everyone can see and hear each other. Great food and service.
Make sure that you notice that it is Pigs AND a blanket not in a blanket.
I was very disappointed in the food. The service from the bar was horrible. One of the managers kept apologizing. We asked that not all the shared foods come out at once, and they did.
Pig and Sprout is a go to - It has something for every kind of eater. My only concern is their food labels - They had one of their dishes labeled V on one (day) menu and VG on their brunch menu.
Entrées were lukewarm and The server forgot to ring in one of our entrées. The bottle of wine we ordered from the wine list was not available.
By the time the final entrée arrived everyone else had finished eating. The manager took that entrée off the bill but that’s the least they could’ve done.
One and done for this Restaurant as we won’t be going back. There are just too many options available in Denver to live with mediocrity.
Great service and great food!
We have wanted to come here for brunch for a long time, and we finally had the chance when we were in the area for the last Rockies game. They were busy, but not crazy. Food was good, just lacking that "wow" factor that we were expecting after hearing comments from friends that had already been here.
Great food and we were seated right away. Loved the dinner menu. Service was fantastic. Drink menu was really nice, too. We liked it so much that we went back for brunch the next day!
This was a last minute dinner out and first time trying this restaurant. Service was outstanding and food was delicious. Casual atmosphere and diverse menu of both meat and vegetarian/ Pescatarian choices. Great for groups. We will go back again!
The food was good. Enjoyed the bottomless Mimosas. Only complaint is that the food was a bit slow coming out and our waiter was not great about checking on us. It was a busy Sunday brunch. First home Bronco game for the season and he was a tad frazzled. That was a little disappointing as we were entertaining clients from out of town. Otherwise, good spot.
Great food. Every one was really happy with everything we had. Bacon candy, pork chops, rack of ribs all great:)
We stopped at The Pig & Sprout before boarding our return flight out of Denver International Airport. This place is located within 5 minutes walking distance to the transit that takes you to the airport.
Now, for the food and accommodations -
The quality of food was amazing. The options they have make your eyes peer over the menu long before deciding on something. The balance of choices was amazing, and the Smoked Trout bagel I ate was delicious.
Our server was incredibly nice and always made sure we had what we needed. Our party took advantage of the bottomless mimosas deal, and they were diligent about keeping our glasses full as well.
Overall, this is the first place I would stop if I ever returned to Denver. All around 5 stars.
It can’t get a little busy during rush hour eating times but the food is great and there is always something for everybody.
Understaffed on a holiday weekend? FoH Staff friendly and attentive, but it should not take 1.5 hours to get food at 11:30am on a sunday. anticipate the rush, and staff appropriately.
Want a great pre Rockies game experience !
Amazing place. Chicken. And. Waffles. You can’t go wrong.
Trendy, hip spot in downtown Denver. Great atmosphere but it was quite loud sitting next to the bar at a high top table. Food was excellent and great service from out wait staff. Loved how they offered options for vegetarians too.
Laid back atmosphere with fantastic service and even better food. Get the Brussel sprouts and bacon candy - you won’t be disappointed.
Loved the vibe. So cute. We sat next to the kitchen so it was hard to hear. Food was amazing!
The food was superb. Service was extremely friendly, helpful and could not have been
been better. We had lunch and then brunch there two days later. The receptionist
remembered us and welcomed us back. Special requests in food preparation were
aptly and creatively fulfilled by the server through the kitchen. There was nothing
they could not work out for us eagerly. When next in Denver we will definitely return
to The Pig and the Sprout. This is now "our" restaurant when we're in town.
We had the nicest waitress and all of the food was really delicious.
went there because I love brussel sprouts and I was not disappointed! We (2 of us) had drinks before and then ordered several "small plates" to share...the drinks were very tasty as was the food. We ordered the bacon candy, smoked wings, street tacos and brussel sprouts. It was almost too much for the two of us...I'd cut back one plate. but that was just us, YMMV.
The service was pretty quick, we were there on a Saturday at 6pm...they were busy. But once the order was in, food was delivered quickly with a smile.
I'd go back...just for the brussel sprouts! One of the best I've found in the city so far...
Food and server were both very good. The wait to have the food delivered was way too long. Food arrived over 50 minutes from when the server placed the order. The place was busy, but not over busy. The compensation from the manager was "sorry".
Six adults fit nicely in their oversized booths and we could hear each other well (unlike 6 at a round, for instance). Everyone enjoyed their lunches. Will most certainly return!
Great place for casual dining. I have several food restrictions and it was very easy for me to find something on the menu for dinner. They also have gf desserts!
Good food! Good service! Great dining experience.
Great food, drinks and service!
The service was great, our server was very helpful and continued to help us even after closing out the check. We did not feel rushed and the atmosphere was great!
Great place! The server was super friendly and helpful. The trout was amazing! The hogger burger was good but could use a bit more sauce. And the brisket poutine was phenomenal as a starter - my only complaint is that it was huge for two people and made us a bit too full for our mains.
This is a cute restaurant with a fairly loud noise level, but it’s not terrible. The food was really good, as were the drinks. My only quasi-issue was with the service. Our server acted like we were inconveniencing him from the get-go. We didn’t make any outrageous requests or ask for any order substitutions or special considerations, but he was impatient and rather condescending in his interactions with us. Everything seemed like a chore. Not sure what was going on, but I did not love the attitude. There are a lot of restaurants in this same vein, with a comparable menu ideology and price point here in Denver, so service is really the differentiator. It makes me not particularly thrilled to go back. I will say that the overall service was pretty good, attitude notwithstanding, in terms of turnaround time for food delivery time, etc. So if you get a different server, chances are you’ll have a really lovely experience.
We were blown away by the flavor of the signature Brussel Sprouts! Great service, low noise, and a wonderful way to celebrate our son’s birthday. We’ll be back!
Made a reservation at 11am and we were seated right away! Jeremy was our server and he was wonderful, very attentive and kept the mimosas flowing! The food was pretty good but took forever to come out. Overall atmosphere is very cool though, will go back!
