   Had a lovely family meal. the food was great. Nice portion sizes, felt nice and full. Good value for money. My dad was able to take his dog inside, too. Service was great. Highly recommended.

   Swapped from inside table to outside, no issue. Bar service was excellent and with a smile. Food fantastic for all 4 of us including a veggie. Will definitely be going back again son.

   The restaurant called in the morning to advise that there would be live music and that if we would prefer to be seated away from the music we could. First class table away from everyone. This was good because we had with us a 98 year old with mobility and hearing issues. Served at the table not asked to order at the bar which I understand is usual. Roast meal was good only issue was we requested a half portion for the elderly diner as a large plate puts her off her food. Half/Childs portions not available so we needed to remove food on to our plates and it was wasted. Gravy served on the side which was great often pub’s don’t or won’t do this. We only had one course, service was swift and friendly. We will return maybe not on a Sunday/bank holiday when the menu was restricted.

   We had a really relaxing Sunday lunch with friends. The staff were ready attentive & we really enjoyed the food. Thank you.

   Food excellent service terrible . Booked for 6.30 got food 7.45 . Never came by table we were ignored unless you went and got someone. Not enough staff

   Staff friendly, food ok, had to wait a good while for it. Unfortunately there were quite a few menu items not available. Both mains and desserts. Only 2 things on the specials board. All in all a bit disappointing for our first visit. 🙁

   Very tasty food, good live music and great atmosphere. Also, had my favourite beer, Tribute, which was a big bonus!

   Unfortunately, we will not return to this venue. The food was cold and some of the vegetable were uncooked. Despite requesting a replacement that was no better either. The service was impeccable but the cooking of the food let it down.
