We have always enjoyed doing the experience at the Piazza, tonight was disappointing. We felt like since we paid $175 deposit that we could have had some lighting and one of the many space heaters. The lucky folks who didn’t pay a deposit seem to have a much nicer dining experience.

We have been here numerous times and this experience surpassed them all! Our waitstaff were fabulous and Bill was an absolute gem working with us to accommodate our event jumping from a party of 25 to a party of 40. Just a truly wonderful experience!

This was special event for my granddaughter’s 6 year birthday and food choices on request not available I was willing to pay extra cost but no accommodation.Disappointed.I was first physician to give lecture when it opened.After that I had so many lectures given .My request was not honored.

Gathering of family The fee for reserving the table was excessive and we will not be doing that again. It would be better if you received a refund once you show up for your table and having a 2 hour limit was prohibitive for an Italian Family gathering. Love the venue but this is NOT a user friendly system.

While pre-payment is required to reserve the tables, it is a deposit rather than a fee, and is applied to your check at the end of your meal. Overall atmosphere was great, the server was spot on, the music was not too loud to hinder conversation, two of the 3 couples had great food, one couple got the grilled plater and the food was dry and unappetizing. We ended the wine and beer.

Our waitress, I think her name was Emily, was friendly, pleasant, fast and efficient. Our appetizers came out super fast and were delicious. We had the meat and cheese platter, the pub pretzels and chicken nachos. We shared the kabob platters and the Grandkids enjoyed their cheese pizzas and hamburger. We had reserved a 8 person table. It was in a private shaded area on a 90 degree day. I will go back more often!

Great atmosphere and our waitress from South Africa was amazing. Being outside you are always subject to bad weather. After 2 minutes, one drink and about ready to place our order the weather prematurely ended our evening. Oh well maybe next year !!!!

Was extra nice setting, v tasty food and drinks, tasty food Drinks extra pricey but food was fair priced. Get setting and will be back to spend a few nights to fully enjoy the whole property

The property itself is beautiful and the service was great but it felt as if the server was not trained enough for the standard Gervasi sets for itself. Before arriving to our reservation at the Piaza , a $25/person fee was paid for totaling $150 (which is used as credit towards the bill) but when our bottles of wine were brought to the table the servers did not know how to open them which kind of makes me think why did i spend almost $200 to secure a reservation at a place that does not train their employees enough?

They had a very hard time with the experience tab for reserving in the Piazza - they never did get everyone’s bill correct - they probably should just take regular reservations outside
