Food was bland. Cocktails were great. Table did not have silverware, napkins when we were seated and the runner brought them after our appetizer was delivered. Expected more from a luxury property
our server was a young asian girl with dark hair and she was amazing. so sweet and helpful. seriously this girl should be running the place. she was amazing!!
NICE SETTING,GOOD BAR FOOD AND GOOD FRIENDLY SERVICE!
All of the other restaurants on the property were exceedingly good. We had a reservation for 6pm and arrived early to grab a drink at the bar. The host refused us access to the bar dispite the open seats at the bar. Then we requested to be seated early and the host refused again stating we needed to come back at our time, despite the numerous empty tables. After being seated after 6, we waited about 10 minutes for a server to get our drink order.
The food was very good and I appreciated the waitress's hustle as she had most of the dining room to serve. I was disappointed in the initial service by the hosts, which really degraded the rest of my experience there.
Chicken Nachos were amazing! Server was great! Definitely going back!
GREAT FOOD! Loved the filet, chicken salad and fabulous chocolate dessert!
We had Chicken Piccata and it was delicious. The capers were wonderful. The piccata “sauce” was the best ever! Very simplistic atmosphere. We watched a college football game during our meal.
Had a great time! Food and service was amazing! Can't wait to go back.
Excellent food and drinks, highly recommend.
Great food fast service and excellent cocktails! Their margaritas we great!!
Good food, warm and friendly service, nice ambience.
Thought my dish was not described well and did not come with sides like a salad or vegetable.
THE FOOD IS ALWAYS GREAT AND OUR SERVER WAS OUTSTANDING!
Unfortunate - dirty tables and bad food including rubbery chicken and wilted lettuce. Sad to see this restaurant in one of the most beautiful hotels in Scottsdale go downhill. Totally appreciate the COVID situation but dirty tables and cobwebs just unacceptable in any circumstance.
This is the only restaurant open now at the resort and it did not disapoint! Great AZ cobb salad.
Such a great Place to eat, and a really good menu especially for people with kids, I loved it.
Just one of my favorite go to’s. Great place...
Our service was outstanding from the hostess to the waitress. Food was AMAZING! Best lamb I have ever had, cooked perfectly. Highly recommend!
They were nearly empty but painfully slow
The service was terrible. Our waiter only checked on us 1 once. Waited for refills but never got them. Food was wrong. Paid good money to spend a birthday here and was deeply disappointed with everything.
Sat night dueling piano very entertaining. Food average.
The food was great but our server and anyone that came by our table to deliver food, drinks & dessert, never cleared our dirty plates. Everything just sat there. Even when we moved our plates to the other side of the table as a subtle hint, still no one grabbed anything until we asked them to be taken. Other than that, my husband & I enjoyed the experience.
The rock shrimp pasta did not taste good at all. We were very disappointed in the pasta.
The burgers and the chowder were very good.
The service was excellent.
VERY NICE SETTING.GOOD FOOD AND POLITE ,FRIENDLY SERVICE!
Great food and service
Horrible service with mediocre food. The noise level is excessive. There were two piano players who were very good but extremely loud. It was impossible to carry on a conversation because of the noise level. With so many wonderful restaurants in town, why settle for such a mediocre restaurant.
Dueling pianos was fantastic!!
An ok spot for happy hour. Great view of the golf course if that’s your thing.
A very unexpected pleasure. The afternoon was delightful, table of 10 was organized well, service and food were delivered promptly.... Would definitely return.
The crab sandwich was not what I was expecting. I hoped for lumps of crab meat, instead I received shredded crab, similar texture to the fake crab on sushi rolls.
It was a birthday celebration and we were treated very well.
Excellent food and drinks. We had the french dip, nashville chicken, and wagyu pastrami. Great flavor profiles with attention to quality output. We will return.
What brought us to this restaurant was the Saturday night Dueling Pianos show from 8 - 11pm. The food was good as well as a friendly staff, but the Dueling Pianos was soooo much fun! You can request songs and they encourage you to sing along and enjoy yourselves. The singers were awesome and very talented and engaged everyone in the room! Bring your money and make sure you tip them! They work hard for your money and sing 3 hours straight with no breaks!
Happy Hour provided only 2 wines for $5.....Pinot Gris and a Malbec. Not much of a choice. A Grey Goose straight up with olives( Blue Cheese olives not available) was $20 which seems rather steep for a sports bar.
The wait staff was very amenable and did not seem frustrated that we were disappointed with the Happy Hour choices.
We did ask to speak to her supervisor to commend her service, which we did, and then expressed our concern about the Happy Hour choices for wine and the $$$ for Grey Goose. He appreciated our comments.
My wife and I sat at the bar to watch college football. Food was slightly better than regular bar food, ambiance was nice with lots of people around and doors open to the outside, but the best part was the bartender Brian. Great dude who really enjoyed putting drinks together based on ideas that we threw at him and the drinks that he crafted were fantastic. I recommend if you’re staying at the hotel and want to grab a bite and/or drink at a casual but good spot.
Had the poutine, not a lot flavor in the gravy. The artichoke and kale dip was excellent.
We went to The Phoenician Tavern on restaurant week. I use restaurant week as an introduction to restaurants i'm not familiar with. I thought "The Phoenician, this ought to be great". Not so much. Staff was pleasant, not particularly attentive. Food was ok, but not what I'd expect from one of the snazziest resorts in town. Beef was tough, desert was just ok. Glad i spent restaurant week pricing but really disappointed
The entrance was a bit confusing. There is a side stairway but it leads to anlcoked door behind the dueling piano space. Luckily, a staff member was around to open it. We went to the front desk and were seated promptly but it took a while to get our drink order. Once we were approached by the waitress and got our order for drinks in, it took a while to get our drinks - a beer flight, a mule and an iced tea. The restaurant was moderately crowded but not to the point where - like that night - we did not see servers walking around, attending to their tables. We got the beer flight first, then the mule just before the appetizers were served and then the iced tea came after appetizers came. When we ordered, we got the restaurant week specials. The appetizers were amazing (kale-artichoke dip, Nashville fried chicken and pork belly poutine). The main course was ok. The Wagyu tri-tips was very gristly, chewy and wasn't edible. The macaroni the accompanied it was great. We ended up asking for a new order of tri-tips to be cooked medium well and that actually came out way better. I had asked for the Cowboy Burger sauce to be on the side and it came on it. It was cooked well done and was an okay tasting Burger. The fish and chips was actually delightful. It was a bit too breaded, but it was nonetheless good. The chocolate cake was ok. The server was very nice and you can tell she really wanted to help, but there were a lot of gaps in time where we didn't see any servers. I think the price is a bit over-charged for what you're receiving. I would say that this is good if I were staying onsite or if someone wanted to go there, but not a restaurant I would go out of my way to visit again.
Seriously disappointing. New furnishings marginal. Overpriced. Server poorly trained. Been to the old Relics which was comparatively superior. NEVER AGAIN
The dueling pianos are soooo much fun! The food is incredible too. It’s basically gourmet bar food. Also got to meet the manager, Miguel. He’s super nice and outgoing. You can tell he’s hand on with his business.
