  A hard extra mature cheese that is somewhere between a cheddar and a Swiss mountain cheese

• Cote Hill Blue – Cows, Unpasteurised

  A superb blue made in Lincolnshire, similar to a soft textured blue brie, creamy with a definite sharpness and complex flavour

• Vintage Red Fox – Cows, Pasteurised

  A red Leicester style cheese with a crunch. Smooth and mellow flavour with a flaky open texture

• Ticklemore – Goats, Pasteurised

  Crumbly but creamy goat cheese from Devon

• Rougette Bavarian – Cows, Pasteurised

  Creamy, soft cheese made in Germany using local cows milk. Paprika extract gives a natural red colour
